I bought my first car at their East Nashville location. Thinking back on it i should have known what questions to ask and what to look for but I was a 19 year old girl who just needed a car so I looked at a Suzuki Reno, took it for a test drive and bought the car. Paid a reasonable Down Payment and had low monthly payments. Everything was good. After having the car for 3-4 months the head gasket blew. Was without a car for the next few weeks. ended up putting $1300 in it to get that fixed. Paid that, moved on. Next year around July my car breakdowns again. I let the dealer know and they told me their mechanic would look at it. I will give them credit that they would at least tried. said i could add the mechanic bill to my total balance on the car and pay it off. Turns out it had an electrical issue and one of the fuses was blown. They replaced it, charged me $100 and i went on. I went one year without having any issues and i finished paying my car off i believe last year in October. (hooray!) Now a few months later... Youll never guess... My car broke down! for good this time. My motor needs to be replaced. Mechanic is quoting me $3000+ that i do not have. Im so heartbroken because this car only lasted me 3 years. 6K+ spent for a car to only last me 3 years. I loved my car so much when it wasnt taking a dump on my finances and i am so sad to let it go and be right back where i started 2 years ago. So, I Dont recommend buying a car form here Unless you are mechanically inclined and have the money to fix whatever happens to be wrong with your car. Or just Dont buy from here without having a mechanic look at the car and hope your car does not turn out like mine!

My daughter purchased a car and due to some unfortunate circumstances she fell behind on the payments. The car was in someone elses possession and I was not able to retrieve it on my own; I contacted E & R and spoke with Joann to ask them for help, she advised that they didnt want to get in the middle of anything (mind you I have POA on my daughter) but they still wouldnt help. I later found out that they had went and picked the car up (see when they wanted it they didnt have a problem with stepping in) and had it sitting at the Main st. lot. I called and spoke to some man and was explaining the situation to him as Joann was not in the office that day and he said that they legally have to foreclose on the car and that I can try to buy it back from the auction, he said someone should have stepped in to make payments on the car before now, I said I asked you all for help in retrieving the car but you wouldnt assist and I am not about to be paying for something that I dont have possession of and let someone else enjoy riding around on my money... so you can just keep your car since thats how you want to play the game. Mind you I referred my daughter there because I have bought 2 cars from them previously and had a great experience. I dont know who this man was but he had no heart and was very rude, but thats cool they dont have to worry about me referring anybody else, but if you do go there ONLY deal with Shelly-- shes great!

My daughter bought a 2011 Chevy Travurse with only 43,000 miles on it last week. one day later it was making bad noise. She went back they said they fixed it! But it started making worse noises, took it back! A day later they said struts were all bad and the frame was bent. They apologized gave her money back but kept trying to sale another one. My daughter told them no you burned me once I dont give 2nd chances. I told her to call the commissioner that license them in Nashville, TN. Its against the law to sale cars that have been Totaled out little own bent frame on a car. If she doesnt I will an if I can get one of the news stations to run the story Ill be trying to get them to.

Very unprofessional. they dont treat customer very well. need to learn how to treat peoples. My friend was looking for a used car. we went there but the guy in there talk to us like we cannot afford the car that was $12,000. he was trying to show us low but what he dont know is I owned 2017 Nissan Maxima. so we walked out from there. as soon as we walked out, he came out and asked if we talked bad thing abt him instead of asking if there are any cars that he can help with. Very rude. I wish I can give them zero star.

Purchased 2 cars from these people over the course of 6 years and at the end of paying off second car, I had some trouble with losing my job, I owed these people 600 more dollars for my vehicle and they still repossessed my car and charged me a 200 dollar fee to have my car returned. These people have no compassion towards established customers and they were rude about the complications it added to my already complicated status. I will never purchase another car from this company again.

It was easy to get my car. When went on maternity leave with no income they helped me out. But I tried to call and make a partial payment to only make a full payment the following week due to employment issues and they wouldnt take my payment. Im praying they have in their hearts to work with me again but I would recommend them because i havent had any bad experiences except for that.

Got a car from them in January 2017. It was a great experience. Every car lot in Nashville turned me down. But went by there and got a great 2004 Ford Expedition XLT. Only put $640 down and had 130,000 miles drove great and still does.

Horrible cars horrible service since 2011. Beware do NOT purchase from this lot. Family owned money hungry slum car dealership. Bought a car only ran good for a month & they refused to fix it. Wish I could give this 5 negative stars.
