I give 0 stars if that is possible. I took my car in to get a thermostat and gasket, Was told that they could put it in for $40. I dropped off at 11:30, didnt hear anything back, called at 4pm, said the mechanic was checking belts, uh ok, just needed thermostat and gasket, a 45 min job. I was told! at any rate, he said we may need to keep it through tomorrow, uh no! said got parts on that I requested, but still no heat. I went to get my car, parts were $28.00 bill was $110. I said I was told that it would be 40. to put in, so that is $68. right? Ok he said talk to Joe, My sister and I went in to talk to Joe, I was explaining, and he said "A bolt broke off, so that took another Hour". I was told 40. to put in, I didnt know 40 and hr. HE BLEW UP!!!! I wasnt even upset, just trying to figure it out! Joe started screaming at me and my sister, said "GET THE F.... OUT OF HERE, " trying to explain yes i would pay $70, he continued screaming and said get out now and never come back.. this was a shock to me to see someone behave this way, I walked out. My sister asked "Is Paul here" ? HE SCREAMED, get the f.... out now! and no he isnt here for you! This is a terrible way to run a business, and I will tell every single person in Bloomington that I know, how this lunatic behaved to me and my sister, I will let EVERYONE know what kind of place this is!!!!!!!!!! Then he writes the negative review is not from one of his customers. NO I AM NOT, I was referred there by Pauls nephew, and If a man talks like that to female customers, it shows his character, and I will Let everyone that I know, know how this man treated me. and I know ALOT of people... I will tell everyone and post on social media. I would be ashamed if I were Joe Forney, I will contact Paul myself. Be careful folks he is a time bomb!!!
