Just left service department for my 2016 XC, 90. My four hour routine maintenance appointment turned into them having my vehicle for a week. When I had dropped off my vehicle, I had asked that they please call with any expense not covered under warranty, they did not. In fact, I had to make the initial call to as the condition of my vehicle as they never called me, I was then told they would need it a week. The only time they called St all, was to tell my the loaner vehicle I was driving had someone interested in purchasing and they were bringing another vehicle, and didnt consider my schedule on the middle of the day. My husband called yesterday and was told there were no charges and he stressed we needed our vehicle before Easter holiday weekend. I just left, and when I arrived, Jan the service manager said there was a charge. I tried to explain my husband had spoken with Larry and there were no charges and we were never contacted about any. I called my husband to make sure I had understood correctly. Jan asked to speak with him with my phone and litteraly started raising her voice and was insanly rude. She just handed me my phone and my keys, and I left. Ive never seen anything like it, she was loud and rude and completely unprofessional. Horrible customer service! Would never buy anything from them period! Should have paid a little more and purchased in Indy.

Had my car taken in for some repairs after an accident. Two weeks into repairs I got a call that they had broken the strut seats during repairs and that it was going to take another week. One week later I get a voicemail that they cut through the right axle after installing spring seats and that its going to take more time. Long story short, four weeks later when I received my car back, it is now leaking coolant, which it was not doing before the whole ordeal. Never again will I trust Royal Volvo Bloomington with my or any of my family members vehicles. I was unaware of their terrible reputation before this but have been told by several people since that the Volvo reputation in Bloomington is the reason they went with Audi instead. Now I understand why. My car will be taken to our personal mechanic in Indianapolis from now on.

Andrew Neitzel, my Sale/Leasing Consultant, was outstanding. He was very courteous and professional, as well as extremely skilled at communicating and following up after I drove my car. He wrote well-worded, grammatically correct emails and texts without spelling errors, providing all the information and numbers I needed to make my decision to lease a Volvo. Kudos to Andrew for a job well done!

You know when youre at a terrible shop when people are cussing at you telling you to leave because older customers need serviced before younger ones even if you had an appointment and were there first. Never going back.
