I gave them a one because I didnt have a lower option. I purchased a 2007 suzuki forenza from them less than 8 months ago in april of 2011..it was a complete lemon! I had to put brand new tires on it, a new master cylinder, Ive already had the battery replaced twice, and the fender was cracked and they still have not fixed it..I will never EVER by anything from them again!

i was suprised the way i was handled and the respect i was given even after i told them i had bad credit. Excellent Customer Service...Downtown prattville away from the interstate and congestion doing business was good and i was out in almost a hour with little money down...thank you dorsey i love my ride and ill be back when its time to get another one!

Called asking if they sold Dodge parts, was told yes and transfered to "parts" department. Told the parts guy what I needed and was immediately told to call Brewbaker for parts. Didnt even try to help me out and pawned it off on another dealership. Will spend my money elsewhere
