My vehicle was in service for around 2 weeks. They kept calling me and changing the story over that time frame. The rear end had to be replaced twice. The first time I went to pick it up... I was told that the noise (that prompted me to bring it in) was gone, but there was still a vibration because of a warped wheel. I was confused by this as I had not had the CPO vehicle for very long. I only got a quarter of a mile down the road and the vehicle roared and shook like it was going to fall apart. Did anyone even test drive it? I took it back and they all got in an argument about it with each other claiming that they should not have called me yet.. that the vehicle was not actually done. I was very upset and that seemed really unprofessional. They proceeded to blame it on the warped wheel. I am not a mechanic, but knew that a warped wheel does not sound like that. They said they would fix it and deliver it that day for all of the trouble. No one came.. no one called. I called them around closing only to be told that there was an issue with the axle. Then after a day or so they told me that it was not the axle - the rear end had to be rebuilt. I personally feel that they potentially endangered my family in order to cover their butts. I have had many issues with the vehicle and have only made one payment on it so far. I also was supposed to have access to a rental under my warranty plan. I was told that there were none available until I called Ford Corporate and tattled on them. I did not even know this until the original sales person at the other dealership mentioned it to me. I personally do not trust this service dept. Im not too happy with the ford dealer (located in Bessemer, AL) that I bought it from either.

We were looking for an economical car for my husband to drive to and from work. My sister had just recently bought a car from Baugh and she said they had given her a really good interest rate as well as worked with her to get the payments she wanted so we thought we would give them a try. I called Chris Godwin and he listened to what I needed in a new car and that I wanted a cheap car payment. He immediately had a car in mind that would meet our needs. He worked with the banks to get us a great interest rate with a cheaper note than expected. My husband and I work opposite shifts so he and his manager, Tim Dill, stayed late while I drove from Birmingham after work to finish the paperwork and check out the car. Chris even sent me pictures and specs via text. He told me everything I needed and I was able to fax it to him so that by the time I arrived at Baugh all they had to do was make sure the car met my expectations and let me sign the papers. I was VERY IMPRESSED with the service I received at Baugh Ford. We LOVE our new economical car. it was a great deal and we are definitely pleased. The customer service we received was amazing. I will refer everyone I know to Baugh Ford for their next vehicle purchase.

my wifes ford started to act up /she stopped at this dealership and they told her that they could tell her what was wrong because the check engine light was on.they told her she needed a new transmission $1500.we went back and got the car and i got the code. po750 solenoid failure.i called another ford dealership and they said all i have to do is replace the solenoid. i replaced the part $50 and it fixed the transmission. this dealership is a ripoff. THEY WERE SUPER FRIENDLY AS THE OTHER USER STATED but I would not recommend.

I went looking for a new Ford Fusion, and they had everything I wanted!! We were in and out in a matter of 30-45 mins and that included my test drive. I could not have asked for better service when trying to find a new car. Mr. Randy was a huge help and had the car out front waiting on me when I pulled up with the keys in it.
