I live in little rock and purchased my furniture from an Ashely Outlet store in Memphis Tennessee. I was very happy to get item needed to complete my bed I previously purchased in little rock. I waited for a year for the dresser and night stand to be marked down. They were the day I visited Memphis so I purchased them. The problem is the store and dispatch office did not coincide on the delivery date of one week from my actual purchase. I was called three times and told different dates. At this time my furniture I paid CASH FOR! almost two week ago still has not been delivered, neither has my sales person who asked me to do her job on checking to make sure the furniture would be delivered the date she told me it would one week from the Saturday I purchased it has bothered to call me. Service from one state to another is not a good ideal as I have found out. I HOPE TO HAVE MY FURNITURE DELIVERED THIS FRIDAY WHICH WILL BE TWO WEEKS AGO FROM THE ORGINAL PURCHASE. THEY STOPPED ME FROM GOING ON VACATION. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE DELAY. THE DISPATCHER SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK HAVENT HEARD FROM HIM.

On Saturday, June 24th, I visited the Ashley Outlet Store on Summer Ave. (after making a $1400 purchase from there for a dinette set last Feb.) and walked around the entire store without so much as a sales person speaking to me! As I made my way back to the front, I said something to the people sitting behind the counter looked at me with a dumb expression on their face, still not asking if I needed help! I left and made a purchase at Royal Furniture in the same shopping center, where I had my choice of people to help me. btw, I would have spent a little less at Ashley but customer service matters to me.

Our experience was a good one. Our sales person was knowledgeable about establishing and building credit while also getting what we need and the prices were good to where we got what we wanted. The only star that you all are missing is because we had a sleeping child with us and it took over an hour for the paperwork :( All in all it was a good experience.....I took a small nap on some of the comfy pieces myself. Michelle was my salesperson and I am grateful for her. :)

Staff was very nice and friendly---Delivery process has been a nightmare and I still dont have what I ordered and paid for, I was supposed to have alll of my furniture May 31st, this is June 28th and its still not here. Ive spoken w/ at least 7 different people and I still do not have all of my furniture. Im so frustrated and I will be until I get all of my furniture!

I had a specific piece of furniture I was looking for and Charlotte assisting me in locating it and ordering it for me even though it had been discontinued. The customer service experience was excellent from start to finish. My furniture arrived today and I could not be more pleased. I would recommend this location to anyone for a pleasurable buying experience.

The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us find something that fit our style and price range. When our furniture was delivered, everything was in mint condition and the delivery men made sure we were satisfied with our order and let us talk to another employee to confirm that we had received what we ordered in the condition expected.

the worst experience i have ever had in the years i have been dealing with them. I agree with the last response once they get your money its is over with. they will not return calls. i also was told that my warranty will be void if i dont purchase the mattress pad. it seems strange. in order to get a warranty you have to buy something else .

Bought a sectional from them and paid for delivery. They have now delivered the wrong color twice. Very unhelpful and will speaking to them later today to get a refund. Im tired of dealing with them.
