We had a great experience with Matt as our salesman. I was in the store about a year prior to and dealt with another guy, he seemed like he was in a hurry and annoyed that I was having a hard time deciding what I wanted, needless to say I left the store and didnt make a purchase solely upon the fact that he was rude and seemed like he needed to be elsewhere. This time Matt made our purchase very easy, I never felt rushed or pressured to make my decision. The best salesmen arent pushy or overbearing! I was able to get my bed and chest purchased within an hour. My furniture delivery was set up that day. It was delivered in a timely manner. So long story short, they have nice furniture at a good price just ask for Matt!

My wife and I have been long time customers of afd and have purchased thousands worth of furniture, but todays delivery and fiasco has changed that. We were never told that the delivery of our entry table would be not assembled. Salesman said one is delivered outside and the other inside but never in a box. Might as well ordered from amazon or wayfair, it wouldve been free delivery that way. Defeats the whole purpose of buying from a furniture store. Used to be a 5 star company but have followed the way of wayfair cheap furniture.

RENEE SALSBERG Long Beach Store I received wonderful service when I entered the store. I was in need of a leather couch and had a budget. I found a couch and it was on sale and a great deal. The couch came in week earlier than I was told it would. I will be back to shop with American Factory Direct in Long Beach again.

Great selection of furniture. I had been to a few other places and found the quality for the price to be the best at AFDF. Amber had a low pressure approach and let me browse without hovering , she was also very knowledgeable about the proucts and did research to show me some comparable offerings.

Amber, our sales clerk, was awesome. She allowed us to wander through the store without following us around. But she was present for questions and got us the best deal on a leather set of furniture. Delivery was a little slow, but its because so many people think theyre awesome.
