My husband and I met with Mr. Mackley- we had some family diamonds that we wanted to make into one nice wedding set. He was very professional and informative of all options! he was able to create a 3D design so we could see the ring before it was made. Its more beautiful than we could have ever imagined and the price was extremely reasonable! Now I have an heirloom to pass down for generations. I was impressed with the personal touch & it was so nice to do business locally! There was never a time that i felt uncomfortable leaving my stones with them. I would recommend everyone to visit this store!

Took in a very old gold necklace that has been repaired many times before. I could always tell before where the repair had been made. When I picked it up from mackleys today I could no longer tell where it had been repaired many times before. It looks better than it ever has. I am happy because it has sentimental value to me and can now be worn and look nice.
