If I could give this store no stars, I would. Keep in mind, Im not one to write a review. It has been a while since Ive been to Jared, but I wanted to get something special for my mom and my grandmother (who recently lost her husband, my grandfather) for Christmas. The date was 12/20/16 and I was there around 5:30 or so. I walked in, didnt see the sign book anywhere so I thought, maybe they dont do that anymore. I proceeded to look at the Pandora charms. I was talking quietly to my friend about what Pandora charm got my attention before I was rudely interrupted by some woman overseeing everyone. She told me in the rudest way to sign in, then made an unwelcomed comment "You cant just stand around". So I signed in, looked around but the whole time, I got looked at in a hateful manner, stared down intensely. I was not comfortable. It was not pleasant. I have gotten better customer service at McDonalds. Im telling you, I was furious. My family is their most loyal customer who buys from them every holiday, birthday, anniversary, etc. I was planning to spend a few hundred dollars but I changed my mind real quick & I walked out. I would not have waited an hour for that, or even 2 minutes for that. I took my business to Kay in Stonecrest instead. P.s. I told my dad what had happened and I described the woman and he made the remark that she has always been rude. Safe to say you have lost a customer, and my parents may not return due to a decline in wonderful customer service.

I must say the staff at this location is Awesome but the service for which I received for my wedding ring has absolutely been horrible. I dropped my ring off in mid October so that one of my diamonds could be replaced due a crack. They informed me that it would take about 6 weeks for a return since it had to be shipped to their headquarters. I called at the end of November and still my ring wasnt back. They called the corporate office to check on the ETA and was informed that the ring was sent to the diamond room a month after I dropped it off and that it wouldnt be back until Jan 2017, UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!! I have called twice with no return call. Not satisfied..

Wonderful Shopping Experience! I love the hospitality at this store--it gave me heads up on how millionaires are treated when they go shopping. Under no circumstances should you walk into a jewelry store and stand there for 12 minutes without a single employee even acknowledging that you are there. This is exactly what happened at this location. We were completely ignored. We went to another jewelry store and bought a diamond ring. Way to go Jared. Your customer service sucks.
