I have to commend them on their customer service. I cannot deny that they were being very attentive of my needs. However the work that they did was shoddy and overprice. I brought in a 14k white gold very thin belly ring that needs its CZ piece to be resolder with another part of its metal part. The work was so shoddy that when you look at it, you would lose any sense of admiration or feeling for it. It looked like the same work that I did at home (which I actually did once at home), and they charge $20 for the soldering job. the soldering iron and the solder itself probably cost $5 total. In short, I have a bad experience here, and I will NEVER go back here. if you can do anything yourself, THEN DO IT. the people at this place probably has the same skill you have. Dont expect perfection when you come here for any repair job. The best in Michigan? I highly doubt it. I have definitely seen better (Medawar, Arensten, etc...)

Amazing quality and selection. Curtis and his team will take care of you and make sure you are happy. I have been a customer for a few years and would never go to another jewelry store. They have earned my trust. I have shopped at my jewelry stores in malls for my wife over the years. You won’t find anything like what La Jolla offers at the mall jewelry store. They offer a wide variety of custom jewelry for all price ranges. My wife had a very old ring from her grandmother that Curtis transformed into an amazing mothers ring with my kids birth stones incorporated. It’s a one of a kind piece that you would never find in another store. Keep up the great work!

He takes pride in all his work and backs it up. We got a free sizing and in the sizing a few stones on the side fell off and he replaced them free of charge. He uses only the best quality of stones. You will never find anything like his jewelry in any chain store.
