I was not pleased with my shopping experience at this particular Merle Norman store. I have shopped plenty of times at the Merle Norman store in Wolfchase Galleria, and the sales clerks there have always been quite pleasant and even helpful. Upon visiting this store with my friend, we were ignored the entire 15-20 minutes we were in the store. No smile, no welcome. While my friend and I are young, that is no excuse for our poor treatment, especially since we were quite willing to spend money in the store, something that should mean something in this bad economy. The sales clerk spent the entire time we were there talking on the phone, and I understand that she was helping another customer, but she did not even take the time to say "let me know if I can help you with something," or even simply acknowledge our presence with a "hello." My friend and I are both students in the healthcare profession, and if we ever treated someone in such a manner, our preceptors would be ashamed of us. Bad customer service is the last impression of Merle Norman I got. I guess when I am making the big bucks, I will take my money elsewhere--like Sephora or Ulta! Maybe someone there will have time to help me.

Went in yesterday to look at a few things and the woman were so helpful. I dont normally wear make up but she sat me down and showed me how to put it on. They were very pleasant and helpful. Wonderful experience.

Great Aesthetician named Tiara who knows her stuff. I LOVE my airbrush tan, eyebrows and make-up! Had fun today and will definitely be back! A+++++ and 5 stars!!!

Had a wonderful facial from the esthetician and the other sale person was friendly helping out lots of people shopping there. Ill be back!
