I have never had such a horrible experience in a store in all of my 57 years on this earth. The lady behind the counter was the nastiest, rudest person I have ever met when dealing with a store. I didnt get her name, but, she was in her 40s or older, and was black. That is all I can say to pinpoint who she was. She grilled me as to why I wanted 3 of a particular item. I said, it is because I live an hour away and the product was discontinued and I wanted to stock up. She continued to question my motives for buying 3 of the same item. What business is it of hers what I was doing with them? If there wasnt a limit of 3 of any item, I would have bought more! She just continued to argue with me! I have been to this store twice and she waited on me both times and was nasty both times. How can such a person be in a position to be dealing with the public?!

Rudest person Ive ever met with horrible customer service. I have no idea what kind of retail establishment this place is. I went in to buy some Mac powder and noticed it said repackaged. Well all the packages were open. I found my color and opened the box because well it was already opened and I wanted to make sure there was actually powder in it. This horribly rude woman came up to me, didnt ask if I needed any help. Just rudely stated "we ask customers not to open the box!" I said, "Oh, well I was going to buy this until you so rudely just told me that". Ill pay full pop at the mall from now on so I can have someone nice help me instead of some burnt out old hag who doesnt want to be working at an outlet mall. No "Hi! How can I help you today?" Just a curt statement explaining to me how my shopping experience was going to go down that night.

Terrible beyond words. The manager, Sheila, corrected me for my child not having shoes on. I was literally in the middle of wrestling her back into her stroller. Obviously, I see the issue and am working on it. So, I said "Okay, but I have my hands full here." She then repeated her criticism. Look, Im trying. Im a customer. Please be polite to me. The problem worsened when I called. Sheila lied and said she didnt say what she said. She also refused to apologize. When I threatened to call corporate, it took me five requests to get her to give me her name. She knew she was wrong. Completely terrible service and no respect for their customers. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

I had a great experience there.. Low prices and great helpers.. Not sure what the other review were about.. O yea I did get a mascara that was very Clumpy from Mac and only tried it one one last and had it in my bag the lady did say the need a slip to return it and another rep said I didnt need it but overall I luv it

I love The Cosmetic Company Store & not a new customer here. They sell discontinued MAC at a discounted price. Went there couple months ago honestly very disappointed in the customer service there! Workers are rude and not helpful, like they dont want to sell anything. They really need to hire new employees..

Used to shop here a lot but after my past two experiences I am very disappointed. Was sold 2 used items. Make sure you check the item before you leave. I would rather spend the extra $4 to $10 on an item and not get a used one.

Was about to make the drive to shop but its about another 60 miles. After reading reviews, i will past. Reviews really do matters. Good customers service is a must to me because i LOVE spending money.
