Awful place, terrible customer service! Went in for a color and eyebrow service and after 5 minutes walked out. The stylist was horribly rude and unwilling to listen to client wants/needs, just kept over talking me. She was ruff brushing out my hair and when I said "ouch", she got even more of an attitude. Then as she raked her fake nails through my hair and was pulling it out from being so ruff, I said something again about her hurting my head and she acted like I was the problem and got defensive, loud and was borderline yelling at me. No one in the salon seemed to care that she behaved like that, so Im assuming by my experience and the reviews here that this is a regular pattern of behavior at this salon. Im a military spouse that could have referred business, but now I will make sure I tell everyone to steer clear of this poor example of a salon.

Agree with couple other reviews about the snooty Susy. I have been there on multiple occasions and have been looked down upon and ignored to overly helped depending on how I looked. I have never successfully gotten a walk in hair appt and in fact the last time I went the lady at the salon counter was completely rude. I wont be back. They charge top of the line salon prices with mediocre service..either come off your prices or be a little kinder. You arent better then anyone else..

I have not found it so easy to get an appointment and sometimes they act kind of snooty. They always tell me how thin my hair is, how bad the split ends are, and how I should have gotten it cut sooner. One day I finally realized that just because its in a convenient location for me I dont have to go there and be looked down upon.

I have my hair cut and colored by Larissa and think shes great! My husband also gets his hair cut there. Ive had a pedicure too. I wouldnt pay to get the higher experienced pedicurist. I liked the lower ones better. (sorry, dont remember their rating system). Everyone is friendly and Ive been pleased with the results.

4/5 for the good deals in the superstore. If I were rating attitudes or service, it varies. There is the occasional Snooty Susy working the floor or register. They also have some really friendly people as well.

I love the salon and I adore my stylist. Raychel Akerboom is a sweetheart and great at her job. All the stylists and store employees Ive spoken to during my visits have been nice and courteous.

Horrible Customer service and they overprice there customers misleading them to believe they are being charged one thing until they get home to see that there receipt states something different
