Had been to Sonic on highway 31 in Columbia, TN. Car had just pulled out. Waited over 5 min after pushing button no one took order. Server came out with food and drinks. Told her I had not order yet that a car was leaving when I pulled in. She left and after 10 minutes no order taken, I too left. Guess they dont want business there! Drive to Sonic on other side of town On James-Campbell order taken and our to car in 15 minutes! They are great here! That was Sonic service I have been used to at other Sonics

Ive been let down the last few times Ive been to this location and today was definitely last visit. I ordered a chili cheese coney with onions and mustard... they bring my hotdog with chili and cheese... but theyve put the onions and mustard on my french fries. That doesnt even make good sense... how do you possibly think that is what I ordered. Fries were soggy and cold, as were the tots. I wasted a route 44 too since they gave me the wrong drink in that. I wont be back for sure. #youdontdeserve15dollarsanhour
