Second time they messed up my order. Normally I would give them 4 or 5 stars...but they gave us cold fries that were possibly dipped back in the fryer to warm up. They were nasty. Asked for sweet tea ..it wasnt. So stirring up sugar packets in my iced tea left me with...well...sugar at the bottom of the cup. Evening crew doesnt seem to like their job too much.

2 months ago, Sonic on hywy 90 in Milton FL. Its a Roach and rat infested nastiest place to work let alone eat, if people only knew they would never eat there again. They was even shut down for it, and was allowed to reopen the very next day. Also has terrible customer service including the Manager.

Horrible employees. Had to attempt to get the guy on the speaker 5 times and had an attitude the whole time. When I tried to inform him of this he rolled his eyes at me and began to curse me to the other employees. Drink tasted watered down. Horrible overall experience and will NOT go back.

We came to this sonic and ordered 2 drinks. A medium blue rasberry slush and a route 44 strawberry lemonade. We waited 20 minutes to get our drinks. The really bad thing is that there were only 2 other cars in the parking. This is the worst service we have gotten.

Pulled up to a crew of intimidating employees staring at me. Awful customer service, terribly long wait time, and sub-par food prep in comparison to other Sonics I have been to. This was the night shift, though. I imagine the day shift is better.

Strike 1: Long wait, and order was wrong . Strike 2: Saturday 8pm Sorry were cleaning the ice cream machine. Strike 3: They took our order and never brought it. Said they were sorry, and didnt know what happened. Were never going back.

Should have called them but got busy and forgot. Went on Cinco De Mayo for 1/2 price shakes (2). Confirmed at counter they were half price, but was charged full price and didnt catch it until we got back to the office.

We come here 1 to 3 times a week. The new management has changed into some greedy folks. Charge for refill, same price as new. charge for ice .40 for small cup ...... I dont mind paying for a meal but my goodness.

one of the slowest fast food places I have ever been to. The staff is always great and friendly. no matter if you choose the drive through or the pull up, expect to be there a while.

Staff is friendly and helpful when asking about the food. The area could be cleaned up more but other than that we love eating the appetizers and love happy hour half off drinks!

Drive to pace if you want good service. I have been here 3 times in the last six months and all 3 times my food has been awful and my drink was not made very well.
