Donuts are pretty good, but, they skimp on the chocolate frosting, there is about the least amount of frosting on the donut you can have and still call it a Chocolate Frosted. I took a picture but cant figure out how to display it here. The price is way to high as well. The drive thru takes forever possibly because the young gal does not have a good command of the English language or her hearing is off.... The "Hot Now" light is rarely on. Back in Grapevine, Texas it was a way better experience. If you went into the store, they gave you a hot glazed donut right off the line while you were waiting. I asked for a free one for my long drive thru wait and the gal said there was no way she could give me a free one. Really? Take 30 minutes of my day to get overpriced donuts and not one gratis? How does the shop in Texas give out so many free? Methinks they are banking on the name and not the customer service here.

I bought one of there refill cups after one of the drive tru girls talked me into it. Came through the drive thru today only to be told I couldnt get a refill unless I come inside!!! Seriously!! You can sell me the cup through the drive thru but you cant refill it in the drive thru??? Tell me what kind of sense that makes??? Had I been told that little stipulation when I paid extra for the refill cup I would not have purchased it!!! What a rip off. I had to drag both my kids ,one whose in a car seat the other a 2 year old who literally had not stopped throwing a temper tantrum since he woke up this morning, into the store just to get a refill. All this before I had my morning coffee so you can imagine how frustrating this was. You know who doesnt make you come inside to get a refill? DUNKIN DOUGHNUTS!!!

The donuts are great however every single time I have came to this location the service has been extremely poor. 1) they never keep the donuts stocked and chances are, they wont have what you want 2) they consistently mess up my drink orders. Your coffee is simple. No whip. Its simple, yet consistently messed up. 3) the wait is generally extremely long because there is a very small and overworked staff that also seems to rotate out frequently, generating a very inexperienced staff. The place is clean. The donuts are good. Everything else is poor.

Went there this morning... ordered 6 donuts and 2 frozen lattes. I expected my donuts to taste fresh. I expected fresh donuts. However, the donuts I got not only tasted one to two days old but they barley had any chocolate icing on them. I told my husband I should have just went to dunkin donuts since post is down the road from one. Worst Krispy Kreme I have ever been to in my life.

Went to this location at 4 p.m Saturday, they did not have any glazed doughnuts and where not making any more. How do you not have any glaze doughnuts? Two of the workers when asked when more will be made, they both responded with a "I dont know" and walked away from me. Terrible customer service!

Very good service, amazing donuts. Not sure what manager was in today but a customer was unsatisfied about her iced coffee size and the manager was very professional in resolving the issue. Kiddos to her because I would have lost. Dunkin Donuts is good but their donuts dont compare.

These donuts are amaaaaaaziiiing. It was out first time going there and the minute we pulled through, a woman named susanne enthusiastically had taken our order, super bubbly and very friendly. Definitely going back again. REMINDER: ORANGE LIGHTS MEAN DONUTS ARE NICE AND HOT! :3

Went for Power Ranger donuts for the kids (4) they didnt have them out. Wife had nutella donut and loved it. I had a vanilla frozen latte and it was good, but the male forgot to made it at first. Overall okay experience just wish they had paid more attention to specialty donuts.

I went to the Krispy kreme on Wilma Rudolph at about 550 in the morning to get donuts for me and my co-workers and they wouldnt come to the window and take my order or anything. They looked out the window and just kind of stared at us until we left. Wont be going there again.

Not very accommodating for the customer that wants single items. Have to wait long time for people to choose how to fill their box. Only one cashier so have to wait longer for them to figure out how to do coupons or rewards. Not worth the wait.
