Overall very nice but they turned the lights in the main area at 10:15 so it woild look like they were closed which in actually they close at 11:00. Hard to read. Then at 10:30 they shut down the light behind the main counter as well as the lights in all the food area. I asked if they were closing early and they stated, no we always do this. Really when you have customers??? Seems disrespectful.

Only make their lattes half full...gone multiple times and the Venti Latte is usually a grande in a venti cup and a grande is usually a tall in a grande cup. This is the only Starbucks that consistently under makes the drink orders! Staff is super nice and will remake the drink or add to the drink **if you catch it before you leave the drive thru! Check your lattes ;)

I bought a mug for $40 and was told I could get free drinks in January with it. I asked for a green tea latte, but now they say the deal doesnt include lattes. The back of the mug lists two exclusions, neither one being a green tea latte

I always get fast and friendly service at this Starbucks. I pass maybe 3 or 4 Starbucks and still choose this location. I find that I can enjoy a good cup of coffee while listening to nice music.

Absolute filthiest Starbucks Ive ever been to. Plates, cups, bathrooms. No napkins in site and the counters are a mess. Ill stick to Merrillville and Crown Point locations.

Store closes at 11pm, they push you out at 10:30pm by shutting the lights off. I understand cleaning up and putting supplies away...but legit shutting the lights off???
