i have been coming here to the Tuscaloosa store 5-6 day a week for coffee and eats since the grand opening and i have to say this store is going to hell. not sure when it all started but there was a high turn over in employees.than the manager was let go(i always though she did a very good job)that left the store with no one to manage that i could tell for about two week till they brought in a general manager which has the personality of a rock. that brings us to why im here.i used to love this place now i cant even get a cup of coffee its always out and i have to ask then wait why not fresh and ready? my complaints have done no good so now when i come in i check the coffee if there is no coffee i leave no matter if i am the only one in line so its time for me to start looking for a new place p.s.i did not want to give any stars but it would let me post

I am done with this Panera location after a couple of really bad experiences. Every time I order soup, its so salty that I cant go past a 3 or 4 spoonfuls. I did a takeout of the thai chicken salad a month ago. They gave me rotten lettuces and something smelled really funky in it, maybe the edamame. I had to throw my entire lunch away.

Panera is my favorite place to eat. EXCEPT for the Tuscaloosa location. The food is always randomly thrown together. They dont put enough stuff in their paninis. The staff is mediocre. Its not terrible... but its not worth the $8 they charge you.

The store is generally clean, the staff is generally friendly, but sometimes the orders have problems and they are out of important ingredients. Overall, its a good experience every time I eat in.

Ordered my food by phone on my lunch break. When I arrived order had not even been started. Too much money for average sandwich. Dont waste you time go to Jasons Deli. Thanks for wasting my time

Always love Panera Bread. The food is great and worth the price. They were a little slow today but this was unusual.
