I asked for no ice and had about a half a cup or so left empty, so I asked for a little more, the lady said she can pour more tea in it, but next time I will have to pay extra. Mind you I ordered a trenta cup. So am I paying extra for a cup of ice instead of a cup of drink?? Im confused I paid for a trenta cup full of liquid. It doesnt matter what kind goes in it. Just make it. The other staff was nice but this "manager" needs a chill pill.

LOVE THESE GIRLS!!! Always fast and friendly. My husband and I have been going there for 3 years now. We skip our free drinks bc they cant be redeemed at this Starbucks, just bc of the service!!
