I love what has been done with the enclosed 2x4 wooded area. Very nice store and people are generally very friendly and helpful. Some more than others. Need some retraining on your Flat White. Its a hit and miss. the espresso seems to be hidden/missing. I enjoy Flat Whites for the boldness of the ristretto espresso shots. Lighten up on the steamed whole milk please. Otherwise a nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee.

I do love this location and the staff. However, it is very understaffed. Long lines...Long wait time. And the general consensus on social media is that it has become ridiculous and that the 15 minute parking spots need to be removed or changed to longer time.

Customer service was horrible. A female employee was flirting with a guy & I never heard them call my order. I waited at the counter for 15 minutes & nobody asked if I needed anything. I finally found my order tucked back in a corner on the counter.

As much as you pay for their coffee you would think they would give you enough napkins. 2 little napping for 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches is not enough ad if you ask for more they act like its coming out of their check.

Service is fast and always has been accurate according to my order. Additionally, the workers are very pleasant and greet with a smile. I only knocked one star off because I think the beverages are pricey.

It took 15 minutes to get through the drive thru once to the window I sat for another 10 minutes ungreeted, to only be told that they had ran out the coffee I had ordered.
