I didnt expect to find this little gem in this tiny town. I hope that the locals support it. I liked this little coffee shop. Theyre an independent shop and are part of the third wave coffee scene. They had really decent coffee. I had a machiato (traditional) and it was really good. It seemed to me that the baristas were well trained and quite personable. I noticed that the owners were savvy enough to put non-coffee snob drinks (like the delicious nutella latte my friend [not a coffee purist] really enjoyed). However, the fundamentals were still there. Hooray for you!

Between the 3 of us we had 4 different types of coffee, I had the roast on tap, plus we bought 2 of their own roasted beans to take home and drink later. Not only were all the coffees amazing the staff was exceptional!! Helping us with coffee choices as well as knowledge of the area and information that we, tourists, definitely needed. Amazing experience..We will be back every time we come town!!

The quiche was too dry and cold on the inside. They took 10 minutes to get a salt shaker and thats after asking twice after I was almost done. The table was filthy and not wiped properly. They need to seek excellence. Instead they are just seeking tips. The coffee is excellent but thats about it.

Absolutely fantastic coffee shop. Great, fair trade coffee. Wonderful brewing methods and amazing staff. I would highly recommend the areopress brew method, as I think it brings out the best flavor in the coffee..... And the owner is the areopress champion..... Which helps.

This is the place to go if you want to try every method of brewing on the books. Bring your laptop and homework because youll probably want to hang around for a while. Good coffee and even better environment.
