I would give them 0 stars of I could STAY AWAY! The guy Alex who works here is the biggest BS artist Ive ever met plus he flirts with you and makes you feel like a piece of meat. So unprofessional!!! I switched two phones over from Sprint trying to save some money. I had to drive back to the store three times before the new phones even worked. Then once they are finally set up it is the worst service ever! Like being back in the 90s. On the fourth day I called and said I want to return the phones and just go to another company and Alex made up all these ridiculous reasons why I couldnt return them. I ended up calling Customer service who told me everything Alex said was a lie. He just didnt want to lose his commission. Im telling you this was the biggest mistake I couldve made.

I would stay away from this store. They are dishonest and they cheated me. I purchased an LG Stylo phone from them and it was defective. I brought this phone in to them to replace per the Metro PCS 30 day exchange brochure they gave me. They claimed they were going to order me a new phone supposed to take 3 days that was 2/6/2016. After repeated calls and visits to this store no replacement now 45 days. They even claimed a hurricane hit Texas in Feb for an excuse for the delay. Im stuck with a worthless defective phone. Buyer beware
