UPDATED FOR SEPTEMBER 16, 2016... WENT BY THIS MORNING AT 10 AM TO INQUIRE IF THEY HAD THE NEW IPHONE 7 IN STOCK. I WAS GREETED AT THE DOOR BY JUSTIN, THE STORE MANAGER. LET HIM KNOW THAT I HAVE BEEN WITH SPRINT FOR 6.5 YEARS AND MULTIPLE LINES ON ACCOUNT. ASKED IF HE HAD 7 IN STOCK. HE DANCED AROUND THE QUESTION AND FINALLY SAID YES. ASKED ME WHAT I NEEDED... WE FINALLY AGREED THAT ALL I NEEDED WAS IPHONE 7 128GB, WHICH HE SAID THEY HAD IN STOCK... I THEN ASKED FOR OTTERBOX DEFENDER CASE WHICH JUSTIN SAID HAD IN STOCK AND SHOWED ME. I THEN SAID"LETS DO THE UPGRADE". HE THEN PRECEEDED TO TELL ME THAT THE IPHONES THAT THEY HAD IN STOCK WERE ONLY FOR NEW LINES... BUT AND A BIG BUT... HE COULD CALL HIS DISTRICT MANAGER AND SEE IF I COULD HAVE ONE ONLY AND ONLY IF I PURCHASED $150.00 IN ACCESSORIES AND THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET A PHONE. WHATTTTT!!!!!!! I SAID NO! JUSTIN WOULD NOT GIVE DISTRICT MANAGERS NAME AND LET ME WALK OUT OF STORE. YES I AM DISAPPOINTED IN NOT GETTING PHONE THIS MORNING BUT MORE THAN THAT IS HOW I WAS TREATED AS AN EXISTING SPRINT CUSTOMER... BUY ALL OF THESE ACCESSORIES AND WE WILL UPGRADE YOUR PHONE.... UMMM EXTORTION.... WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!! BE VERY CAREFUL GOING IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT.... Called before coming... which usually helps to know if store has what you will need... Talked with CJ and let him know that I was looking to upgrade on of my phones. Gave him information. Told him I would be there in about 10 minutes. CJ greeted me at the door and asked me if I had just talked with him on the phone, which of course, I responded yes. WHILE working with another client and taking care of their needs, simultaneously, he worked to get my phone together, did the upgrade and made me feel like a valued client of Sprint. Thanks for the excellent client service that was provided. I will continue to recommend folks to your store! As well, you guys are a big reason that I remain with Sprint!

Normally, I wouldnt go through the effort to post a negative review but I cant make this stuff up: So, I walked in and was immediately greeted with an awkward group stare from everyone in the room including staff. Then a woman says "Hi! What can we do for you today!" and without missing a beat she turns and begins casually chatting with a man at the customer service desk-leaving me standing there not knowing what to do. Except, this man was already being helped by another rep and she was not only ignoring me but she was ignoring her own client standing right in front of her! (poor forgotten client gave me a "this is weird" look). Anyways, I wait to be addressed as I listened to the two desk reps stand motionless just chatting up this man. Eventually, they say "oh sorry, what is it again that you were saying you needed?". Fast forward-this third employee comes out. He is incredibly creepy-rolling his hands around and nearly whispering to me. He spoke to me like I was a child literally in the laziest and gruffest manner and interrupted me over and over and then asking me to repeat myself-at which point he again interrupted me. It was super uncomfortable and I only got about half of my questions answered. (I just wanted to know how much it would cost me to get an upgrade for different phone models). Eventually, we got to a point where I was able to just quietly exit. Ill go to another store to get info on an upgrade, thanks.

Normally I dont go here cause for one they mess up my payment basically the guy pocket the money they couldnt find it then today on 6/30/2017 the rep Wallace Moore was rude him & the other white girl barely address us when we walk in the door then when we told the manager he was just a RUDE as his employees I will never go back to this establishment even if my phone about to get turned off I promise you plus they charge 3 dollars anyway they can kiss my ass the customer service skills was horrible how in the hell people like them even have a damn job in the first place

I went to the store on Saturday morning at 8:15 to get the Palm Pre. They had the phones in stock but told me it was Sprints policy to only mail phones when you upgrade. I asked about Best Buy and Radioshack and they those stores had to follow the same policy. This store is more concerned with getting new customers than treating current customers with respect. I received an email from Sprints Customer Service today letting me know that was not the case. Go to a corporate Sprint store and avoid this store and all costs!

In total, just to get an upgrade to an iPhone 7 I waited SIX hours. It took so long I had to come back the next day and wait another 3 hours Because I couldnt spend my whole day at the sprint store. I will NEVER go back to sprint unless my phone is cut off permanently. Was not worth waiting 6 hours and paying $100 for a phone the exact same as my old iPhone 6. Although staff was nice the computers where extremely slow and if they told me beforehand it would take so long I wouldve never agreed to the upgrade.

These guys are awesome. Phone deals were great; came in expecting just 1 iphone, left with 5 phones! Family needed some new phones too, and they had a cool deal on free samsung phones w/ a visa card. The manager knew his stuff; went thru the whole shebang with the bill. Highly recommend this place

Did not help . Phone was freezing and cutting off . They had me sign some papers and they placed the phone on the charge and sent me away. I couldve placed it on the charge at home .
