My family has been an ATT Wireless Customer since 1997. I visited the ATT Wireless Retail store located at 5527 Williamson Blvd, Port Orange, FL 32128 Orange FL, last night with my mother and I experienced the worst customer service by a manager. He stood there with a tablet asked for our names, then told us it would be an 30 minute wait. We told him we would be back in 30 mins. After we came back, we noticed the he was sitting with another associate that was working with a customer, talking and laughing. I asked him could he help us and he told us to wait on a representative after we were already waiting for an hour in total. We had a simple account change and he failed to acknowledge our request. After I asked him why he couldnt help us, he seemed irritated and rushed to the "employee only” section of the store and never returned. A manager’s job is to lead by example, not point to others to do what he could’ve done. All of the other representative were busy and he was not pulling his weight. As a leader myself this is not tolerable. I also called the store today at 6/17/2016 around 4:20 PM to ask for his name and was hung up on by a female associate. In the past, Ive always received good customer service from corporate stores, however I was dissapointed with my visit last night.

AT&T Sucks when it comes to upgrades! Im two weeks away from my actual upgrade time never been late with a payment nor had my service turned off nor have I ever had to complain about service. Basically what I would consider a Great customer but yet they wont let me go ahead and upgrade! The girl tried to explain to me because of the way the service is the company is already giving me an early upgrade letting me do it in December instead of May which is my actual two year contract end date so the company is in a way losing money. My question is how are they losing money when I am signing another two year contract which is the same thing I have now and paying the same price? The only thing changing is the phone so wheres the money lost??? Make no sense!! I give them a good rating because the people are nice I understand it wasnt her doing but I still think it sucks that they wouldnt make an exception for a Great customer like me!!

Based on the other reviews I was a little unsure about using this store to sign up for internet service; but from start to finish it was an easy, pleasant experience. Id expected to wait a considerable amount of time to be waited on - even brought reading material. Mac waited on me within a minute or so and was able to quickly help me set up a package that was just what I needed - with no sales pressure to buy any extras. Today Jeremy came to install the internet service. He called a few minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way and worked quickly and efficiently, set up the service, made sure I had access and was on his way. I wouldnt hesitate to rely on this facility for future communications needs.

This place absolutely sucks. It is an embarrassment to service and sales - doubly so as a corporate store. You can never get anyone to give you a straight answer unless it is "no, we dont have that", followed by a bunch of dead air. You can never get anyone to answer the phone there... I actually sat in the parking lot and dialed them 7 times, watched 3 people leaning on counter or hugging their clipboard, and no answer. I was compelled to test this after having driven there (no answer by phone, finally had a break to drive there) to find out if they had all died of oxygen deprivation or what. Ridiculous. The could be future congressmen and senators. Yay.

Bei so einer bescheidener Bewertung würde ich sonst nicht dort hin gehen. Da wir aber in der Nähe waren... Ganz toller Service, habe auch einige Minuten warten müssen. Wurde uns aber gleich beim Empfang gesagt. Habe genau das bekommen was ich wollte. Perfekt.

This A&T store does not answer their phone. Any questions I have, I have to drive 15 minutes to the store to get answers. Even if I leave the store and call 5 minutes later after I leave to ask a question I forgot to ask, the message always says all store representatives are helping other costumers. There are representatives standing around when when I left. I do not know why they do not answer the phone. There is no issues when Im in the store. Costumer service is good in the store.

Its a nice store inside and looks very appealing from the outside, however the service received was terrible the employee that greeted us(we went to buy an iPhone) was of no help. We told him we were looking to buy a new iPhone5 and he simply told us "nobody has them in stock." We asked if he could maybe help us out by looking it up or something and he told us no they couldnt help because they dont know when it will be in stock. He didnt offer to help us with placing an order for one.

Poor service long wait times spent 3 hours 2 days in a row only to have to go back tomorrow. Im just trying to switch from Verizon to att. I noticed Verizon always answered the phone with short wait times when sales rep had to call. Att wait times were in the 30 minute range and att customers service line closed supposedly. I was there 1 hour past closing time and still have to go back. Im not sure its worth the savings.

Horrible customer service at this location. Rude and arrogant. And while Im on it, ATT service is terrible too, Lots of problems with billing and always a hassle. If I could give lower than one star I would. All in all, not a good company. Sorry to be so negative but I am being honest. AVOID!

I sat there for over 35 minutes and zero customer help. Why take my name down when I walk in if it takes an hour for service. I would have switched service providers, but I walked out and I would rather get gouged by sprint. At least they help you in a timely manner while they screw you.

Marqo (supervisor) has the worst customer service skills that I have ever dealt with AT&T. They dont want to honor their warranty with their products and very unprofessional. Also when asked she refuses to give corporate numbers to fill a complaint. I would never go back to this store.

The worst customer service ever. You would think that a telecommunications company would assure that their retail stores answer incoming calls... Not this place. Take your business elsewhere. This store is not worth your time.

Great service. Nathan was the person who helped me, answered my Qs and compared few phones for me. He also looked at my monthly plan and tweaked it -- now my wife and I pay less and get more GB Data. Thanks Nathan!

I went here to discuss my TV and Internet services. The rep was very helpful. Great atmosphere of people helping people. The only negative is that the plans and promos are confusing, even to the staff.
