Two months ago I purchased a new phone and attempted to switch my line over I have had nothing but trouble, two months later the phone still isnt joint to the other plan with three other people and I now owe $200 for one cell phone even tho for four lines that day he said it would be $240. I have spent two hours in the Jefferson store for them to tell me theyre not a coprorate location that Id have to go to the Ashtabula verizon in the mall. I spent an additional all 3 hours in that store to find out verizon is giving them a run around and we still cannot get my line switched over to try again in 48 hours, which we attempted multiple times and it does not work. I now owe $200 to a company that couldnt care less to help me. Do not ever go to a non corporate store, and if you can help it dont bother with verizon.

I was driving though jefferson and saw a verizon store so I decided to stop in when I walked in I was instantly greeted at the door very friendly faces the store looked so nice with the red walls, I think they are very inviting, they helped me so much they lowered my bill and got me into a Samsung Galaxy s6 Im super satisfied

I went to the Verizon store in Jefferson which is newly renovated and beautiful, very welcoming!! I had with an issue with my phone, they were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend friends and family to this store!
