This retailer sucks!! Do Not Do business with them!! They sold me the wrong plan, then when I tried to get a hold of the guy who sold it to me he avoided my phone calls and phone calls from all the bosses there (apparently everyone that works there is a boss), and phone calls from Verizon Wireless call center. After returning the phone and service on July 3rd 2014, I have had nothing but trouble!! Now here it is just about 3 months later and I am still waiting on my $400 deposit all thanks to this company!! Yes they paid the bill on the account but it was their responsibility since it was their mess up and not mine. Even after the bill was paid Verizon still added charges to my account and I dont even have the phone or service!! I work in customer service if I were to treat a customer like I was treated by this company I wouldnt have a job!!! No one should ever have to go through what I am still going through to this day!! Im sure they will try to block this review but I can promise you it is the truth!!! For the record Verizon in our area sucks, Verizon claims to be the "Largest" 4G provider but yet my phone kept on going from 4G to 3G and mainly staying on 3G!!! I never had that problem with AT&T!!! I just wanted to add that I got my Security Deposit back finally on October 7th, of course it was missing the $14.92 charge that I was told that this company would take care of but didnt. Now I am waiting on Chris Keen who is supposably the head guy to send me the $14.92 check I sent him an email on October 1st with my address here it is October 8th and still no check. I was asked by him in an email to amend or delete my comment cause he felt as if what I have said in my review is not true. Well everything I have said in my review is True! There is nothing that is not true, I have the paper work to prove it! Just wanted to give a last update on October 16th I received the $14.92 check!! Now that its finally over with I still can not believe that I had to go through all this trouble!!!

Ive been a Verizon customer for 6+ years and have purchased 15 or so phones - Ive never had better service than I did this evening. My LG V10 boot looped earlier in the day and I dropped into another Verizon location near where I was working on my lunch break to try and resolve the issue. The salesperson told me my device was bricked and I needed a new one. He asked me if I knew what I wanted and I asked about the Pixel. "Its a great phone." I didnt have time to get everything set up on my lunch, so I found out where the closest Verizon location to my house was. Man, am I glad I went to this store. Sam Swaringen was my salesperson. I dont have enough adjectives to explain how good Sam is. He asked me what I liked and disliked about my old device and why I wanted the pixel. He explained the Pixel wouldnt be the best fit for me because of the frame design and then showed me the V20 and how that would be better for me. He also reviewed my billing plan and saved me some money there. He asked if I was a veteran which saved me another 15% on my data charge - no Verizon agent has ever told me about that discount and I ask every 3 months or so for promotions. Id definitely recommend this location, or any location Sam is working. I was blown away by the service I received tonight. Someone give that guy a raise!

I left my phone on my truck when I left for work. Got home the next day and tracked it to this Verizon store, after calling and asking with no one knowing about it, I went there and was able to have it ring out loud and an employee pulled it out of his desk after I asked if anyone turned one in there, after hearing my ringer I approached him and said sir, thats my phone and he began to walk away from me, I said again, sir thats my phone and he again ignored me and walked to the back, another employee asked what was going on and I told her, she seemed surprised and just said never heard of that happening before and continued with what she was doing. The employee came back out with another employee who handed me my phone which looked like it was run over by a car. He said someone must have tried to trade it in or turned it in but was unable to give me any more information. Im not blaming this employee for destroying my phone, it was my own fault for leaving it on my truck, but the shady way he reacted when I asked him about it being in his desk rubbed me the wrong way, esp. when he just continued to walk away from me after asking about it.

Do not shop at this store! We bought a "new" iPhone that turned out to be used. Apple verified that the serial number was from a previously activated phone. When I returned to the store to ask about it and get an actual new phone, they claimed "we dont sell refurbished phones". Um, well, obviously you do. I showed the rude lady the error message, that the phone cant be associated to a new Apple ID. She said that means it was associated to a different ID. Hello? Exactly what I said! So you sold me a used phone and now I cant listen to my music! At this point I got angry, raised my voice and used a few choice words. So then she said she wont help me and was calling the cops! What a racket! They use unethical business practices, refuse to acknowledge it or help you, and then when you get angry, THEY call the cops!! Meanwhile I still paid $700 for a used phone that I cant listen to music!! Unbelievable! They are scammers! Stay far far away!

Mr. Thomas Underwood was an exceptionally good Verizon Wireless Sales Associate when I first meet him at the Verizon Store in Datona Beach, FL recently. He was totally polite and courteous while telling me about Verizon Wireless equipment and services. I had been coached by my grandson for the few previous days in another service but soon realized that Verizon Wireless is the service for me. He assured me he would be available for any future assistance I might need. Sure enough, a few days later I had a problem with my computer and when I described the problem to Thomas, he said it had nothing whatsoever to do with the Wireless system but to bring my computer to the Port Orange store and he would help me with it. Thats what I call "service above and beyond the call of duty". What a super person Thomas Underwood is and truly an asset to Verizon Wireless. Yeah for Thomas.

I have been dealing with my verizon rep moe for almost 2 years. I have been talking with him since March of this year About getting a new phone. I am Leary when it comes to getting a new phone so it took me a while to make the purchase. He has been there to answer all of my questions and numberous late night conversations to help me with my issues when I deleted my contacts and multiple issues with my laptop. I just want to thank him for answering all questions and putting me in the right phone. I cant thank you enough verizon and cellularsales and moe for your hard work and dedication to your customers. He knows I will only deal with Moe no matter what I will be back to deal with me
