They were nice. But the manager Mike I think his name is, just plain retarded. Thats saying it in a nice way. Watch if you get a phone from these guys and wanna return it elsewhere. This is a retailer NOT a actual verizon store. There inventory cant go elsewhere unlike a real verizon store or corporate. I hate when they say, "we truly care about our customers" anotherwards. Well give you want you want but screw you after you leave if you wanna bring a phone back. They dont even mention anything to you, they just assume you know the rules.

We went in to see about upgrades because my husbands and my phone stopped working properly. Kyla helped us and did an amazing job, we both were able to upgrade and get the Hum for my car. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming everything I go into theme store. Definitely recommend

Definitely a professional group of people who dont seem to only try to make a sale. I didnt feel any kind of pressure from anyone to make a purchase. Derrick is especially professional and very well mannered and has a very good knowledge of the Verizon product.

Stopped there for the first time since moving out to Hartsgrove. Much better than travelling all the way to Mentor to wait in line for an hour. Walked in, no waiting, and was taken care of in a half an hour. The guys were very helpful and friendly.
