I had mixed experiences here. At first, I had a good experience. I had to previously pay about $500 I owed Verizon from when I was a previous customer. I had to pay this balance off in full just to get Verizon back again as a carrier. I paid my balance, and I asked kindly for a receipt tax purposes for my new business that I just opened, and this establishment gave me a hard time about giving me a receipt. They even called the police on me and almost had me arrested. I had to explain to the police that I needed the receipt for tax purposes and the police understood this Verizon store complied and gave me the receipt. After the police straightened out the situation, it was agreed upon by me and this establishment that we would conduct business and I would be reinstated on Verizon again. This all went smoothly. Before leaving HHI, I bought a new Samsung tablet which is in no way as good as an iPad and I also bought a new Samsung Note 5 cell phone. The cell phone is actually in some ways superior to my iPhone, but my iPhone is still better. I really cant fault this store for selling me this things because I requested them, HOWEVER, I was attempting to buy a new condo, and I went back to this store and wanted to return my phone, tablet, and some useless speaker to listen to music, and this Verizon store refused to give me my money back. They told me some story that I was getting things for free when in fact I was paying full price for everything. As you can see, I was lied to. Why so many flock to this store in HHI is beyond me except for the fact that Verizon has the best coverage on the Island. Im happy now that I dont have Verizon any longer as my cell provider. They charge way too much for there service and they dont give a good deal on data. Data is not free with Verizon and they dont give you enough data on any given plan for the price. Im certain that the only reason that so many people came to this store is because of the great coverage in HHI. Just to let you know, I live in FL now, and there is barely anyone in the FL store in the city in which I live now.

Honestly, I give everyone else at this verizon location 2 stars and Gregory 5. My husband and I have visited this verizon store several times and have never been this happy when we left. All the times we went we were pushed into something or given a run around with them trying really hard to make their commission. The example for this is why Im writing this review. First time going in...sales guy, "yeah, this droid is awesome. No one has ever brought it back." Months later after force closes, contact button opening my internet, it randomly shutting off, ect (doing all that since the first week), I take it back and tell them about the problems and the sales girl, "yeah...we really cant do...anything...but let me just replace it with the same phone, gently used, and itll work great." Five days later after force close, calls not going through, internet button opening my messages, randomly shutting off...I go back and I get Gregory!!! He is THE best!! He was laid back, all smiles and so helpful. I was really mad going in and he was so great about everything that I literally left in a good mood. He made it happen for me to get an iphone without any out of pocket for me. If you have to go here for any reason. Wait to speak to Gregory!

The customer service stinks at this store. They literally told me that the payoff off on my phone was $250 and then when we went to purchase a new phone they told me that it was actually $380. In the used car business they call this bait and switch! We even asked twice prior to making the decision. I feel that I was lied to. Not honest. Did not honor the price even though it was they mistake. Terrible customer service.

Verizons unlimited plan really isnt unlimited. It sucks, it barely ever works! I cant do anything on my phone because everything uses internet which never works. Sprint was defiantly a better cell phone company, it was truly unlimited and had great service and has better rates. Im paying $60 more than when I was with sprint for crappy service! I cant wait until my Verizon plan is up so I can go back to sprint!

Customer service is good. There was a problem with the battery charging in a replacement phone. The replacement was overnight exactly as I was told, just an unfortunate problem on top of already having to replace my phone after the expensive Verizon brand car charger fried the phone immediately on plug in into an infinite boot loop from which it would never turn on again.

Customer service sucked. My wife and I walked into the store waiting for someone to come help us which they never did. Once we did get someone to talk to, we ask our questions about our account and pretty much got the sorry cant help you to bad so sad, and procceded to take her phone out and text on it didnt even notice us walking out. How is that customer service.

I asked to speak with someone who was familiar with LG. After waiting a long time a girl helped me that knew nothing about it then I waited longer a second girl came and finally when I insisted on someone who knew about LG phones a young man named Brian help to me and he was very helpful.

Great customer service from Verizon! You want something and they dont have it, they will get it and if you have a problem with your product or dont understand anything they go out of their way to help you. A rare business that actually puts the customer first lol

February 9,2015 Jarod asked the proper questions. Extreamly knowledgeable with his product line. I walked out with a Galaxy Tab 4 10.1. A very hospitable experience. He even asked me if I wanted a coffee and water. He brought out a cup of water with ice!

SEEMS LIKE EVERY TIME I GO INTO THIS LOCATION, THE WAITS ARE EXTREMELY LONG. STAFF IS GENERALLY NICE AND HELPFUL, BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE WAIT TIME OVERSHADOWS SERVICE.

Normally a wait of 20 plus mins. Good service results though so overall their staff is very attentive once they are working with you.
