AT&T is the worst internet service for so many reasons. I have to call them several times a week to report outages and slow speeds. I have had 5 tech visits in 5 months, 3 new modems installed, new lines that keep being replaced, and I could go on and on. The customer service is dreadful. The techs are great though-the ones that show up in person. The last tech told me that while I am paying for Uverse, my neighborhood block actually cant physically get it: we are 6 times too far from the tower to receive the correct speed. Nice. Somehow the AT & T team (not the techs) are unaware (?) of this physical limitation. NEVER use AT & T.

Terrible. I purchased an extra pair of EarPods for my new iPhone 7 and opened the box at home to find it empty. I was told that there was no way for them to know it was empty when I purchased it and that there is nothing they could do. I plan to speak with the manager when he gets back from vacation.

In store experience was great and had to call back a few weeks later and spoke to another gentleman named Andre who was very helpful as well. Im sure there are some people at this store that are not as good but the two i dealt with were great

Worst Service!! just moved to South Charlotte and the network here is worst. I cant even make any calls when i am home and when i call at&t they tell me to install a micro cell tower and pay 200$ for that. The customer service is worst.

Excellent customer service. Genuinely cares about my problem and answered all my questions. Conveniently located everywhere. Close to the light rail and bus stops.
