Unsafe environment rude customer service assistant manager very unprofessional observed store being ripped off by people remodeling the store security limited to just standing not anything else does Foodlion care about shrinkages, Harris Teeter does , and could not get in the stores door with out being asked for change.

It was good but the closing assistant manager was rude. She was very aggressive to a couple of cashiers right in front of the customers. Very Unprofessional. If you need to say something to someone, pull them to the side and discuss this issue. SHE NEEDS MORE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING.

This is a last choice grocery store. It is not the cleanest or most desirable place to shop. It is in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Charlotte. Even though the area is going through gentrification the Food lion has not changed to a middle class establishment.

They have the poorest uncaring staff members at this location. I shop at other Food Lions and this is by far at the bottom of the list to shop at. Their customer service are rude and uncaring. Would definitely not recommend this location.

They refuse to open another register, although there are 15 of us waiting in the only line thats open! What is this! There is ALWAYS a line in this store and the mgmt team acts as though they dont see the customers waiting! Ridiculous!

Its extremely convenient, for quick pick ups and weekly shopping. Also great entertainment. Ive personally seen a few fist fights up there. Some crazies from time to time but mostly helpful and nice folks. Glad its where it is.

the hood lion. sometimes i like to go there to see the people that i involuntarily buy food for. usually its junk food. and then they pay for beer in cash!! but tbe workers are very friendly im im and out of there as hasty as i can

This is consistently one of the worst grocery stores in this area. Bad service, poor selection, closed when the website says they are open. Please just shut this one down so a real store can take its place.

An employee was being rude, disrespectful, and very ignorant. Making it obvious they were talking about a customer. Talked to manager and they went out their way to resolve the issue.

Dont be afraid to go here lol my girlfriend and I lived down the road and walked multiple times. The selection is getting better but make sure you lock your car doors

Store was clean and well-stocked. Outside parking lot could be a little sketchy after dark. Lock your car take your keys dont leave anything laying inside of view.
