Let me star by saying if I could give a negative star I would my little brother was treated so unpleasant in this establishment about stealing which he had no reason to he was stop at the door and told he was stealing after he then stripped out of his clothes to show he had nothing the manger told him not to come back in his store ever again I think that was so wrong not all African american people steal and then I called the store to get corporate info and he then told me he was not going into any further detail with me and hung up on me I then called back and he said I was harassing him and he was calling the police all I did again was ask for the corporate number he hangs up on me thats so unprofessional and I think he needs to go back and do more hours in customer service because he clearly missed the mark because after my brother showed him he had nothing a simple apology would have been fine! Instead we got nothing

Manager was very rude tgey hate coupons had to talk with assistant mng for the rudeness of the cashier he walked away n said im going outside ti have me a cigarette. ...but its his drawer.Then after attempting to using a phone coupon today that u only have 5 minutes to redeem she tge mng shues me off after telling me they dont use phone coupons. .since when August the 11th? I been purchasing cig. Wit these in which they send us 2 a week for use at this same location.. . oh grippy ass rude store mng with poor grooming her pants were also dirty.....do sum about that

Someone stole my shoes .went in to buy shoes an the guy was extremely rude an said I had to leave even after explaining what happened an asking if I could please buy any kind of shoe. Still made me leave. I will never spend another dime here. An I wouldnt advise anyone elese to just remember.when you need a store an they kick u out over a bad day. Ill go to Dollar general.atleast they were extremely friendly. An happily sold me shoes. An also laughed about what an a$$hole family Dollar is. Family Dollar.Go F your self

I walked in and they made me and my child feel very uncomfortable. I was going to buy my baby shoes since she left them in Cocoa Beach and they kicked us out because she didnt have any on. Asked to buy her shoes and they were still very rude still making us leave the store. They could have been more customer friendly about the situation.

Service is OK. But since Dollar Tree corporate bought family dollar, using coupons is a pain in the butt almost to the point where you have to do a different transaction for each item that has a coupon. Guh.

Very dissatisfied with store manager asked to purchase a candy bar however it wasnt in system so she tosses the whole unopened box in trash
