Excellent customer service!! New manager, great location, kid and pet friendly! The manager was such a gentleman and made my husband and I feel so welcomed and comfortable despite my hyperactive daughters antics... There was also a lady with a dog in there, the staff were so friendly and accomodating!!! All the customers, even the ones waiting were all chatting and smiling and it was because of the great atmosphere and attitude felt here. I was clearly taken aback by this, what a breath of fresh air for this town... Also, I walked away not feeling swindled or pressured and I love my new phone !!! THANK YOU Michael and staff for making my day!!!

****BEWARE THIS STORE IS NOT, I REPEAT IS NOT A LICENSED VERIZON STORE****THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF. I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THE ACTUAL VERIZON PEOPLE AND THEY CALLED THERE TWICE TO SPEAK WITH MANAGER THEY LIED ABOUT BEING A STORE MANAGER TO THE VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY TOLD US EVERYTHING THEY GAVE US WAS FREE THAT VERIZON SENDS STUFF TO GIVE AWAY. GAVE US A WIRELESS CHARGER FOR OUR S7s AND ITS AN OFF BRAND BELKIN AND DOESNT EVEN CHARGE THE PHONE. NOW WE ARE STUCK PAYING FOR STUFF THAT DOESNT GO WITH THE PHONE AND WORKS RIGHT. SCAM ARTISTS IN THIS BODEGA.

The people here are at least good at what they do. Verizon is the highest priced service there is but it is rarely out of order or not able to solve an issue. Be careful with the auto pay if you change an account. You should likely go to the store to do it. I did it on line, and was double billed. It was resolved but was a real issue loosing $97 for over a week. They do offer a wide variety of phones. Just be aware of the high cost.

Poor customer service. Ripped off. Added products and plans to my bill I did not authorize, which made the price go extremely high, then refused to fix. Assistant Manger was worthless! Go to the Ashtabula Mall Verizon store. They are professionals and are an AUTHORIZED Verizon store. THIS STORE IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED VERIZON RETAILER. VERY SNEAKY! I was trying to shop and support the businesses in my neighborhood….so much for that!

This is the worst Verizon retailer Ive ever encountered. Not only was I lied to, also I was treated like garbage when I came to them about the issue. I was told I was annoying, that they wouldnt help me and couldnt. But amazingly Verizon customer service was able to resolve the problem. Their manager is a complete pig. I would not give this store any of my business. Ever again.

DO NOT GO HERE. This has to be the most underhanded way to sell a phone. Totally misrepresent themselves and the facts. They are in no way affiliated with Verizon wireless. Prices of hardware and plans are totally different and misrepresented to the customer. Be prepared to be ripped off.
