Best Verizon store in the area. I purchased a phone (LG V10) from Adam on 6/17. Adam was great, helping me make needed modifications to my existing plan and going out of his way to explain surcharges and fees in laymans terms. Furthermore he followed up to ask how I liked the phone and to be sure that all bases were covered. Not once, in 15+ years of purchasing phones, has a salesman called to follow up. Very impressive customer service. After two days with the V10, I realized that (this otherwise great phone) wasnt to my personal liking. I needed to exchange/return. I went in fearing the worst, but met Jason who was incredibly efficient and courteous in expediting my return. Jason patiently explained the process and tried to help find a model that would better fit my needs. Ultimately, I had to purchase my phone from another retailer due to time constraints on my end, but I truly wish I could have purchased the phone through Verizon Cellular Sales. All in all, service at this store is leaps and bounds better than any other phone retailer. Salesmen like Adam and Jason will take the time to explain plans and devices, without esoteric wording or any nonsense. I left feeling like I understood what I was purchasing/signing up for, and I felt like I was actually a valued customer. Experiences like this are getting harder and harder to find in the cellular business.

This past weekend, my phone was stolen in Jacksonville. It was very unfortunate because i did not have insurance on my phone. I went to Verizon 4 times and my 4th visit every very helpful all because of Elliot. He took the time to look at my account and tried to figure out if there was a way of tracking down the person who stole my phone. He did not give up. He tried and tried and he seemed to really care about my situation I was in. I knew that it was going to be a huge expense to get a new phone and Elliot figured out a way for it to make sense financially for me. I really appreciate all the time and effort he spent with me and taking the time to show me he really cared. I felt very satisfied when I left with a new phone because Elliot did all that he could and that was all that I could ask for. Definitely one of the best Verizon employees I have worked with.

I was fortunate enough to run into Ms. Brette Johnson at my Verizon store. As a cellular professional, she has no equal; not only did she diagnose and repair the immediate problem with my cellphone, but she aleryed me to a sales promotion for which I am eligible but had received no notification of my eligibility. Ms. Johnson saved me more than two hundred dollars on two Verizon tablets and also saved me money by lowering my gigabyte usage to be more in line with my actual usage. A savings that will be appreciated every month. I would highly recommend Brette Johnson as a professional in every sense of the word. She is more than capable to diagnose, solve, repair and educate in every aspect of the cellular world.

I purchased a new LG G4 on 9/21 in Hilton head while on vacation. I ported in from straight talk. two days with no service, I came in today just to get the problem fixed or find out what was wrong since my phone wasnt working. I wanted to trturn everything and leave. I was in the store three hours, Sarah worked with me tried to find the problem. come to find out it was the wrong insurance put on my phone, after everything we had to re do it. all the while sarah was patient and made it happen. I thank you so much for having her there today before I got crazy and made a scene. she need a raise or something, praise her for a great job she was wonderful!!

I went to the Verizon store with no phone that was working at all. It was an old iPhone 4. I met with Elliot, and he took the time to not only show me how to use my new phone, but also set it up and wouldnt let me leave until he was sure that this woman in her 60s knew how to use her new phone properly. I would highly recommend that anyone going to this location or on vacation in Hilton Head, ask for Elliot when you go to the store. You wont be disappointed. I promise. Thanks Elliot.

I was having a problem with my new phone while on vacation that tech support couldnt resolve. They wanted to send me a replacement, leaving me without a phone for a few days. I came in here on a whim to see if they could get me a loaner phone, and was assisted by Michael. I have never seen anyone work magic with technology like him. In no time he diagnosed the problem, backed up all my data, fixed the problem, and restored everything!

Dont go here! They are not honest. charge you for phone insurance without telling you about it! if you have trouble Verizon cannot do anything about it because its not an actual verizon store. Authorized retailers are just Verizons way of getting around monopoly rules. Verizon knows these authorize retailers are not up to the same standards as Verizon but Verizon keeps them so they can sell more products
