After having had THE worst customer service experience with a manager at the Mana Court Verizon location, I had made the decision to change carriers to AT&T. At what was probably the single worst time to visit a cellular company, I stopped at this location on December 23 because it didnt look busy and I wanted to give Verizon another shot at my business. The store was very well staffed and I was greeted immediately and told my wait time was minimal. I actually only waited 10 minutes or so. My Wireless Expert, Faye Rumley, was THE epitome of tremendous customer service. Faye was kind, engaging, very knowledgeable of the Verizon brand and services and despite a growing wait line, never made me feel like she needed to wrap things to get to another customer. Faye listened carefully to my needs, what I was looking for in my upgrade and even helped find the best plan to serve my husband and I. Customer service is a dying skill and Im glad its still important to Verizon. Fayes genuine desire to care well for me made it clear that I needed to stay with Verizon. I hope Faye will be joining the ranks of management soon! She gave me her card and said to text or call anytime I had a question or issue. While Im unlikely to bother her, and would probably engage in a live chat, I loved that she extended her care by giving me her number. Faye is a great addition to the Verizon team and loving my new phone and accessories was a bonus!!

I called this store to ask if they could install a screen protector purchased from Amazon before driving there, and the gentleman on the phone said it could be installed free of charge. When I entered the store, an older gentleman at a desk in the back told me that he would not install my screen protector because he "would not assume liability for installation of a screen protector", and insisted that I must have spoken to a representative from another store regarding screen protector installation (I didnt.). The man denied me the service that was promised over the phone, refused to acknowledge my conversation with a sales rep from the store, and claimed that my current screen protector "lacked quality, was not installed properly, and contained dust under the screen" (even though it was a Verizon brand screen protector, installed in a Verizon store). He also stated that if I were to purchase another Verizon brand screen protector in that same store, he would not install it "for liability purposes". I am extremely dissatisfied with my service, and will not return to this Verizon branch. I immediately traveled to the Dave Lyle store, which installed my screen protector with no hassle.

Words CANNOT explain the exceptional customer service that LAELA displayed towards me!! I promise you! Words CANNOT express! I met her in the Kannapolis location after having a bad day at the Levine Cancer hospital. I was also having problems with my current phone, my current plan, and the r Verizon representative that was assisting me. And my phone was literally on its last heartbeat. Laela greeted me with a smile. Made me feel welcome. Sat me down...listened attentively...dissected the problem...thoroughly educated me on the plan that I currently had and what would work better for me and my Son. Her customer service was sooooo AMAZING I drove an hour away to Rockhill to have her finish the deal. She not only upgraded both phones, but gave me a better plan (with my consent), lowered my monthly bill and threw in an awesome phone case! (Even though I was being picky) She even threw in great ideas in how to surprise my Son with his new Iphone6!! Laela...all I can say is THANK YOU FOR going over and beyond for me. She also celebrated with me when I found out I did not have Cancer! Whooo-Hooo!!! Youre more than a Verizon Rep. Youre a Freakin Awesome person! Satisfied Customer!

Erika is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND INCREDIBLE!! My old phone fried while charging!! When I came to her she got all of my information and recommended three phones and a NEW wonderful plan. While looking at the phones I was a little overwhelmed. She asked her team members Faye and Jess what they thought we all decided on the LG. My info was not on the cloud so we could not transfer photos or contacts. Erika recommended I go down to Batteries and Bulbs to see if they could get my old phone charged. They were able to get my old phone juiced. I came back to the store at 7:48 pm. Erika was busy with a customer so Faye jumped and got the transfer going. Not only did they RECOVER my contacts but my photos. They both went over how I get into the phone and EVEN CHANGED MY RINGTONE TO THE FIGHT SONG OF THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH CAROLINA GAMECOCKS!! I left at 8:16 pm!! YOU ARE INCREDIBLY BLESSED TO HAVE THESE TWO YOUNG LADIES WORKING FOR YOU!!! BECAUSE OF ERIKA AND FAYE I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER LEAVE VERIZON!!!!!!!! The are lovely and NOT CONDESCENDING!!!!!!! THEY ARE JUST WONDERFUL!!!!!!!

I would actually give less than one star if possible. The employee that I spoke with over the phone was rude, condescending, and treated me like it was a chore for him to handle my warrantee issue. The employee told me to call the associate that sold me the phone 10 months ago and then acted insulted when I informed him that I could not recall who that was. I was informed that I could not speak with a manager until I call the associate who sold me the phone, who undoubtable would remember me simply by hearing my voice. The employee then snickered and asked if I had read the "fine print" on the insurance plan I purchased. Needless to say I will never set foot in this Verizon location. Deal only with corporate locations, these "authorized dealers" are independently owned and represent Verizon poorly. Thanks to the actions and attitude of the employee that I had the misfortune to encounter I have decided to purchase my new IPhone 5s directly from Verizon. Save yourself some stress, a migraine, and potential life long facial twitch and skip this location.

I have experienced not only the other Verizon store in Rock Hill but also, many stores on the east coast. I travel to NJ monthly and have had to utilize different Verizon stores including NJ. With that being said, this Verizon store is by far the most customer friendly and knowledgeable store around. The other day I came in with my Samsung Note 4 that was having many glitches. Jason Heythuysen played with my phone and found I have not updated properly. He also told me how to use a website to save all my photos etc....As I am sure you have guessed, I am tech challenged. Jason gave me three very good options, buying a new phone, going through my insurance or see if updates work. Well the updates worked and my phone is now working great. I have been to this store many times and received great help with working out a "glitch" and buying phones. Thank you Jason for taking time to help me and also, having such a great Verizon store that we trust for excellent service.

My wife and I were in the market for new cellphones and we were very fortunate to be greeted by Mr. James Schroeder. We explained exactly what we wanted from these phones (great cameras, etc) and he explained, in detail, the pros and cons of several brands of Verizon phones. He did NOT high pressure to sell us one brand over another. That was our decision and he provided us with the knowledge needed to make that decision. We visited with Mr. Schroeder on three different occasions. We was professional, likeable, and thorough dealing with us. He graciously answered all of our questions even doing more than we had expected to help us qualify for rebates on our chosen phones. We are grateful for his knowledge and expertise. Our experience was absolutely perfect. He was patient and made sure we got the best deal for what we wanted to spend.
