Todd Frederick, the owner, was professional and helpful with our new stove, I will give him that much. We need a new dryer and fridge as well and were convinced at first that we were doing business with him further until on his way out he asked what church we attended. He did not agree with the church that we are members of and proceeded to tell us why we were wrong. As if this wasnt bad enough, he would not stop berating us about it. He was absolutely relentless with this ridiculousness. We asked him several times to leave because he had gone well past being rude to being totally disrespectful in our own home. He not only would not leave, he had the audacity to tell us that since we were renting it wasnt even our home. I could not believe the gall of this man. My wife and I both had to walk to the other end of the house just to get away from this man hoping he would eventually leave. The most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. The saddest part of all this is usually when something like this happens you can walk away from the individual, but how can you walk away when the offender is right in your own living room and wont leave when asked...simply UNBELIEVABLE!

This place is amazing! It is a holiday weekend. I called probably five part and repair stores and no one was open, or they would only schedule a time days out. I called Lowes and other stores like that which I was told those types of stores only have external dryer parts. I googled and found Mr. Frederick online. I called him. He gave me enough information to feel comfortable with his ability to help me. Also, he was open on New Years Eve!!! I loaded my dryer and found his shop. He had my dryer repaired in only minutes while I sat and waited. He unloaded and reloaded my dryer on my truck all by himself. With 6 kids at home, it was a huge blessing to have his help at a moments notice. So polite, too! So affordable!

Super nice guy! We called because our dryer stopped working and he came out to our house that night! He even came after hours. He got here around 8:00pm and was able to fix our dryer right then and there. He didnt even charge an emergency visit fee like most other companies would have for coming out that late. Highly recommend this company!! We will definitely call them again anytime we need an appliance repaired.
