BEWARE !!! BEWARE!!!!!! I went into sears looking around and passed the jewelry counter and i noticed they where having a sale on all there gold and silver rings and they had 50 to 75 % off and my lovely wife could use a new ring its been years since a bought her a new ring and she works very hard she deserves a new ring so i started to speak to a sales rep a young girl do not remember her name anyways she started to show me a few rings i picked out finally found that ring it was about 3000.00 after my discount it was 1250.00 awesome i will take it !!!!!so i applied for a credit card and i was turned down so she said we have a program called why not lease it so and the way she explain it to me is that they would take the payments out of my bank account every month thats ok im going to pay it out of there anyway so i sign up make my 1st payment there 208.00 and five more payment after that until its paid for right WELL BEWARE so 1 day last week i called to get a pay off and they told me im LEASING my ring and after my 5 lease payments i can get a BUY OUT FIGURE I SAID WHAT YEAP I LEASED MY RING FOR 6 MONTHS NOW I GOT TO BUY IT OUT FOR ANOTHER $687.00 AFTER MAKING THOSE PAYMENT OR OPTION NO 3 IF I CANT AFFORD TO PAY THE 687.00 YOU CAN FINISH THE LEASE FOR 18 MONTHS AND THAT WOULD MEAN I PAID $3744.00 FOR THE RING SO I CALLED SEARS TO TELL THEM WHAT HAPPENED THEY DID NOT EVEN CARE THEY SAID CALL THE BANK SO I DID AND THE BANK SAID CALL SEARS SO I DID AND SPOKE TO TRVIS THE MANAGER HE DID NOT CARE THAT THE REP WHO SOLD ME THE RING DID NOT EXPLAIN TO ME IT WAS A LEASE ON THE RING BECAUSE I NEVER RENT OR LEASE A RING SO NOW IM MAKING MY 6 TH PAYMENT AND YOU MUST CALL ON YOUR LAST PAYMENT I YOU DO NOT IT GOES TO FULL TERM 18 MONTH NO WONDER WHY SEARS IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS THEY HIRED A BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES SO BEWARE!!!! BEWARE !!!!

I wanted to buy a refrigerator that was displayed in the outlet store. I was told I had to go to the Sears factory store on Hwy 50 in Spring Hill to purchase this refrigerator (they were on display ). I then went to the Sears store on Hwy 50. They told me that is not true and referred me back to the outlet store. I went back to the outlet and was again told, I can only purchase that unit at the store on Hwy 50 in Spring Hill. I asked to speak to a manager- a man came out of the office and he said that I could only purchase that unit for that price on-line. I asked why was I not told that earlier and why there was no indication of that on the refrigerator or nearby. Manager came out and confirmed that I would have to purchase that on-line for that price. I went home and the refrigerator was not on-line for that price. I called the manager and she said she would have to do the purchase on-line in the store. I am not interested in doing business with this store. In my opinion. I was lied to twice and wasted a lot of my time. This type of advertising is bait and switch.

I purchased a washer and dryer from the Brooksville Sears outlet.. Payed $84. For delivery and set up. The delivery men did not put the feet on the dryer, set it on my new vinyl floor and punched holes in the vinyl floor. They told my mother in law that it was too hard to put on the feet. They left me only 3 screw on feet and I put them on myself with one corner supported by a board. They also left the two big boxes for me to get rid of. The manager at the store told me that delivery service was contracted out to a Tampa company. Ive tried to call them. The phone has been busy for a week. The store manager has been giving me the run around. I want the boxes hauled away, feet for my dryer and the delivery charge taken off my charge to pay for my vinyl floor that the delivery men tore!

If I could have left no stars I would have. This particular store is the absolute worst of the worst when it comes to customer service. My wife and I were there a couple days ago to look at a dishwasher. No salespeople would come help us. We browsed around more to look at the selection and still nobody would help us. I finally went to go find someone and nobody was to be found. We left. I call today to get info on the dishwasher we were interested and the number they have listed isnt even for their actual store, its for the corporate store down the road and they dont know why the outlet store is using their number. How do these "professionals" not have their stuff together? Ridiculous. Save yourself the headache and take your money elsewhere.

My husband and I were just there this pass weekend and bought a washer and dryer. I really liked how many there was to choose from evening being an outlet store and I was very happy to see how many matches they had as well. I enjoy going to a local place rather then drive to Tampa for many reasons, one is because I like to see a store in a plaza then to see an empty building. This store is very quite and friendly. Its impotent to support local shops. It helps the community. I think some of the people on here are talking about the sear store closer to spring hill then the one in brooksville.

Beware of ordering online to pick up in store. We wouldve gone early on Black Friday to get something we wanted, however, they offered ordering online to pick up in store. So we prepaid and ordered. Went on that saturday to get our order because the confirmation had come in that it was ready for pick up. I ordered 5 of the same item and they only held 1. They had literally just sold 4 to one person right before we got there. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the manager on duty. I understand that people make mistakes, but dont offer a service that you cannot 100% get correct.

If I could make this a zero I would! Do not ever go to Sears and buy something with their why not lease it financing! It is a total scam. Sears lies to you and tells you you are renting to own but in actuality you are just getting something to rent. So after we spent a year paying over 400$ a month on a couch and a washer we havnt paid a dime towards either one! And the best part is.... they wont let us return the couch unless we pay $771.00 TO RETURN IT!!! Such a shame that Sears has sunk so low to working with a scam agency that is scamming people everyday!

Worst customer service ever. waiting at a dishwasher for 20 min. before having to go find somebody to help us. we were the only ones in the store and the sales people were standing around talking to each other. Purchased the dishwasher only to find several dents after we remove the efficiency sticker. Also water is pouring out the bottom after installation. letters on the front are coming off obviously used and returned. We will be returning it and just paying the extra hundred bucks for a new one. We now refer to that place as the reject store.
