Worst experience EVER, I will NEVER shop here again. I put my daughters car (Avigo Audi R8GT) on lawaway in November 21st, which they told me that it will be delivered to the store within a couple of days. I finished paying off the layaway on Monday December 12. They told me that no the car wasnt there and that I had to wait 3-5 Days for the car to come in and that I should call On Friday to see if its here. So Friday is here an I called early this morning and they said my car was there an that if I could pick the car up today, so I said yes I can. I get to ToysRUs an the lady tells me my car has been picked up since December 13th. I asked her how, how can that be of you guys just told me that I had to wait a couple of days before it comes in. So then she goes in the back to "investigate" She comes back in 15mins and says " your car isnt here yet" Im like so when is it supposed to be here because the man that I talked to this morning said its here. She says well we have a BMW back here we can switch it out for u, I told her no I dont want that. Shes like do you not want to wait until tomorrow cuz it could probably be here then I tell her no because what if its not here tomorrow, then how long am I supposed to wait? She did not answer me so I asked for a refund she was trying her hardest not to give me one an sell me something else that I did not want. She Finally gave me my money back and I left. I will never shop or put anything on lawaway again. They give false information and their systems dont tell the right information. Now I have to look else where for my daughter a car something she really wanted for Christmas.

Ive been shopping at this location since I was little and it has changed drastically in the last decade. Every few months we come in to shop and every time there is only one register open. Sometimes the customer service register is the only one open and theres a lot of folks waiting. The problem with this is that anyone with an issue that requires time at customer service, will likely be there a while as their issue is resolved. The other customers are just checking out. Ive put back merchandise and left when Ive been in line for longer than twenty minutes. The store definitely doesnt have the friendliness and magic that it had. The only positive comment I can make on the store is that they keep some sections well stocked, unlike in the past.

Absolutely terrible, if your a Star Wars collector dont come here they are hardly stocked on them there to lazy to stock anything. Personally I collect Star Wars Black Series and this store is very poor stocked. Last time I went there a wave of figures came out and I only saw a figure from 2 waves ago i was like (wtf) I asked them when they were going to restock they didnt tell me then I asked them when they might be getting some more in then they sayed they dont know, also I asked them to check in the back and they wanted to avoid it.

Love the crib we got, but it came with no instructions. And I dont know why but one of the employees said its simple to put together and things just slide into place. Having 5 different size screws that are very similar that are not even specific on the online instructions made it very difficult! They offered a professional to put it together which I had considered and still am but thats an extra 100 something dollars! Id give it a better review BC I love the crib so much but no instructions made it bad.

Normally I chalk up a poor experience at any major store as fluke, a one time deal, not so much at the North Charleston Toys R Us. We have had 3 poor customer service experiences at this store. Ranging from improper pricing to hassles trying to return items. I have dealt with Toys R Us stores through out the United States, due my travels associated with being in the US Military, and needles to say this one has been worst, Ive had to deal with.

I took my daughter here to buy her a toy for her birthday. I lost my daughter while we were shopping. She must have wondered off, I looked for her and then I see her holding an employees hand as he is leading her to the bathroom. I grabbed her hand and we ran for the door. NEVER SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!

They have a healthy selection of LEGO sets near the front of the store and a fine selection of other toys, including video game systems and even programmable robots. Unfortunately, this store has a strong, unpleasant odor and feels a bit run-down and dirty overall.

This toys r us feels old, outdated, and dirty. I feel like I step back in time when I walk in here. Toys tend to be overpriced here and they dont even always the newest selection...its kind of the only option around though.

Holy cow, Christmas season one register open, really people. This is why I increasingly shop more on Amazon. Retailers just dont get that we the customer hate long lines! This was not black Friday or Christmas eve neither!

Considering it is the only toys r us in Charleston it is ok. Needs an overhaul compared to other toys r us I have visited. I prefer to order online then go to store. Staff not friendly and on weekends not enough cashiers.

This stores been around sense I was a kid. Its held up nicely but a remodel would make it pop agian. Arent Walmart prices but the bigger variety of toys and games to choose from is worth the extra couple of dollars.

2 registers open with extremely long lines. Cashiers were constantly calling managers for help on even the simplest things. Very slow moving. The staff was friendly, but untrained. The location looks very run down.

Awful. Customer service is just terrible.I called on two separate occasions and had to hold for over twenty mins. Absolutely ridiculous. Makes me not want to spend any money with your company whatsoever.

What online says they have vs what the store says is never correcr.. I even called about an item and was told they didnt have it and they did.. There are never enough employees..

Their products does ring up correctly at the register, always have to walk to the aisle just to show the posted deal on the shelf. But th they always honor the sale/deals.
