I had a very pleasant experience. The store was well stocked and orderly. The people were friendly and helpful. I had a nice conversation with the manager and bought an rc heli. The price was 10% off the tag price. The guy I talked to was very knowledgeable and explained clearly the return policy and pointed out all my options to enjoy my purchase to the utmost. He was familiar with the specifics of the heli I bought and I plan to return to buy extra batteries and some balsa airplanes that I havent seen in years. Im driving an hour to get there and feel well assured of another quality experience.

11/21 - called at 9:30 and answering machine said they opened at 10am. Drove half an hour, sign on door says theyre opened at 10am and she finally strolls in to unlock the doors at 10:20am Maybe your time isnt valuable but mine is. Also, After multiple phone calls about never getting my emails with the discounts, I still dont get them. This is why people shop online. Cheaper prices and less hassles...

So compared to the store in Mt. Pleasant. This store has less RC airplane stuff ( there were about 6 planes). A few RC cars, plastic models, childrens toys, board top game pieces and I think I over heard some people talking about it being a place to actually play DnD and War Hammer and Magic.

Buyer beware! No return policy, only exchange or gift cards. I brought back a $100+ gift the day after purchasing it for my son, unopened, and was told no refunds. "Franchise owners policy". I will not go there again for that reason alone.

no one in the shop knows anything about rc aircraft... sad actually. All the employees were too busy geekin out on that game they play to help,,but of course since they know nothing how can they help ? Go to fliteline hobbies .

Every time I have come in to get model trains Ive always been disappointed!! Was there today and wont be back... I keep trying thinking theyll have more and never do... look online if youre going to buy things for your hobby!!

Call ahead.. Ive gone there several times looking to spend a lot of money and each time they didnt have what I wanted in stock. ex: They have a wall of batteries but no battery connectors

Wonderful hobby shop! Very informative and helpful staff, and the prices arent so bad, worst Ive seen is $10 over suggested retail price, on something that is $400 that isnt so bad.

They give you a higher price in the store for items than the advertised price on their website. Very shady, and Im fairly certain illegal practice.
