Ive been sick up to today, and I had scrimped and saved over the holidays so I could buy myself an Xbox One. I noticed that Toys R Us was running a super awesome deal, a console bundle with an extra controller, worth 60 bucks?!? You had to order it online, but could pick up in store. So I go to ask the online support if I can pick the controller up too, and they tell me "No, it will automatically be added to your cart and shipped, but you can pick the console up in store." So I check out, plop down my nearly 500 dollars for the console, and when I receive the receipt, I notice the controller is missing. I go back to customer support and receive a different chat representative, and they tell me essentially, that if I didnt add it to my order (though the advertisement says it will automatically do it) tough luck we dont care. So I head down to the store fuming over the exchange so I can get a refund, but I decided on the way Id at least talk to a manager. No sooner than the manager hears "Xbox One online controller deal" he apologizes profusely for the online treatment and gives me a credit to buy one of the controllers they have in store. That ladies and gentleman, is what I call excellent customer service.

They really need to better train their staff. There was a poor woman named Robin at the cashier who had no idea how to operate the computer, she was an older woman and took her 10 minutes to let me buy a gift card... A GIFT CARD! It wasnt her fault... she was obviously poorly trained. I tried my best to be patient but it was very hard over a gift card. She had to get help 3 times. I felt so bad, it just tells you a lot about todays American workforce.

Most of the staff are extremely helpful and nice. My daughter likes collecting the LOL surprises and they go so fast theyre usually sold out in a few days. And it was weird to me that the girl that was working the cash register was buying a bunch for herself on her shift. I dont know toys r us employee policy but you would think theyd have to wait til they were off their shift or something.

Customer service was exceptional. Everywhere I turned, someone was there to help me. Ive been a customer at this location for years, and Ive never seen it run more professionally than it is now.

Probably the shittiest, dirtiest, crap filled box on Transit Rd. But, the staff tries their hardest so Ill give them that. Take my advice and shop local.

This is a basic toys r us. Hopefully it will have a remodel in the near future because this location could use a mothers room.

I enjoy shopping here when I need toys. Plenty of parking, large selection of toys. Enough room in aisles to get around people.

I love this place because it is loaded with Shopkins and I love Shopkins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
