I have been an A.C. Moore customer for years. I use my rewards card every time I go. I received my $10.00 certificate (one of many) in December 2016. I went to cash it in today February 25, 2017, only to find out it expired on January 31, 2017. I was unaware that the certificates expired. Why would I accumulate points toward the certificate, over time, only to have it expire. I earned that $10.00 and should be able to spend it when I want to. This put quite a bad taste in my mouth towards A.C. Moore. Consider your store off my list of stores that I frequent. I will also warn all my friends about the expiration policy.

I love this place. The employees are always willing to help and super friendly. I crochet and have had to return yarn on a few occasions as it wasnt a right fit or the yarn was damaged. Never a hassel.

The selection of products was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. You will find things typical of a craft store and some extras, think last minute gifts or new projects as well.

I prefer to drive further north to Hobby Lobby where they have better coupons and more of a selection. Its ok if you are in a pinch.
