I am sn Art therspist. Im usually on Michesls every other week getting supplies. Today I went I. To get some supplies including Basic Paint in the tubes. I got my paint put it in my cart. When I got to the register I took the paint out and the cap had fallen off and I had red paint all over my shorts top hands and arms. The lady st the register didnt know whst to do. She didnt offer to get me a new tube not did I get sny kind of composition- I would of been satisfied with the store giving me the paint for free or offering me a gift card. I attempted to get the paint out if the clothing but the paint ruined my clothes-- not sure if I will be returning to Michesls sny time soon. Very poor customer service.

I have been coming here for years. I am an artist in the area, I came here for canson tracing paper and the woman with short grey hair from the framing department came to "help" me, instead she put her hand in my face when I tried explaining to her where I had seen it prior. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ya made me late to work dude.

The staff is friendly and helpful but the prices are ridiculous. Went in looking for Prismacolor pencils and they wanted $150 for a 72 pack. The same ones are on Amazon for about $30. Unless you absolutely need something right away, do yourself a favor and order online.

Wonderful customer service. Very organised, clean, easy to find items. Managers are very wonderful. Welling to help with questions in a heart beat, if they dont know the answers they find someone in mins to get answers. Always with a great attitude.

My favorite Michaels in the area, this store is always well kept and clean, and there is exceptional staff that works here. Highly knowledgeable, approachable and helpful. Never once have been dissatisfied going to this Michaels!

Great selection of craft accessories, had knitting yarn and crochet needles on clearance at very reasonable prices, staff knowledgeable, definitely would RECOMMEND to others, plan on shopping again

Store was clean, but was on the small side compared to other Michaels I believe. Make sure to buy on sale items though, regular priced items are very over-priced there.

So much to look at here. I can easily spend an hour just looking at all the crafts and protects. Defiantly a great place for all of your crafting needs.
