I dont have a review for this store but did want to correct the other review on here. I use to work for michaels and it is against store policy to give customers coupons. They have fired.employees.for doing so. mobile coupons scan differently than paper ones and paper ones are tracked, which means if the.computer says you scanned 20 paper coupons and you only have 15 you are in trouble and get written up. As for mobile, they have to be present to be scanned. And you can not just discount items willy nilly. Managers have to approve of this and if you do it without approval, again you are written up. Now I cant say that,the employee wasnt rude, but she was following store policy.

I shop Michaels quite a bit since Archivers went out of business. Ive had good & bad experiences. I did have a cashier give me a coupon once & help me find my phone. I got pissed when they wouldnt let me use the 50% off the regular price coupon because it was on sale. I wasnt asking for 50% off the sale price. I vasilate between there, JoAnns, & Hobby Lobby. Id go to Hobby Lobby more often but it isnt close by.

Typical craft store. Had to ask three different people before I was able to get assistance and even the last person I asked, who actually helped, was quick to point me in the right direction and seemed annoyed to answer a follow up question.

Oh my God God this place my husband is always making paracord bracelets and I find a lot of knick-knacks and here that I can use for for Avon such as bags my daughter loves this also I recently made her a plaque from materials from here

This is a smaller version of a.c. Moore, prices are a little higher. Staff does not go out of the way to help you. If you want something you have to look for them

Its kind of overwhelming inside. There is a lot of stuff in a smaller area. I prefer Hobby Lobby. Much more organized and easier to navigate.
