First time I have ever been in this store. I walk up to the counter and ask for some help about some material and she pointed down the aisle then a pattern that was the wrong thing to do Amy covered the mouth piece on the phone and said look in the book. I didnt have a clue as to where to start. I went back while she was on the phone telling someone that a man was there asking for her and tell someone to call the corporate office where they use to work and tell them that she dont appreciate them giving out her info and that was the same person who was previously stalking her. Finally she got off the phone and I ask her could she help me find a simple pattern and she said we have hundreds of patterns and I just had to look and fine one. Then she left and two other customers tried to help me so I just left. First time in there and my last time in there. Would not recommend that place to any one.I wasnt listen but just to let you all know how long I was standing there before I was acknowledge.

I gave this place 4 stars only bc their yarn selection is not that great. As a craft store, I wish they had more, since thats what I go there for. They have tons of fabric and other supplies though; the staff is helpful and overall atmosphere is laid back.
