Selection is great, otherwise itd just be one star. For our shower tile, we ended up short by one box. When I went to re-order, they were out and say they wont have any more for 2-3 months! Make sure to order at least 1 case more than they say youll need and make sure they have loads in stock. You can always return it. They say theyre looking for some pieces for me but that I have to pay for UPS shipping if they find any. Now I have a 3/4 finished bathroom shower while I wait. Often when Ive called, Ive gotten no answer. The rep said hed work on finding me some tile on Monday, I called on Monday and he was off. Nice.

As a tile installer, every time I have to pick up tile from this place I know it will be a struggle. They never have everything ready to go, and without fail when I get to the job Im missing something from the order. Today Im waiting around on a job because they cant find the selection sheet. I cant do my job because they arent any good at theirs. This isnt the first time either. Every tone I have to deal with this place I know Im going to spend at least an extra day due to their incompetence.

Ive had such a positive experience with the staff at this store. The quality of the tiles at this store are so much better than what youd find at Lowes or Home Depot. I highly recommend you attend their weekly DIY class every Saturday at 9:30! I learned so much AND saved so much money by doing the work myself. All in all, I will be back! Plus, for those of you that may not know... they frequently have coupons on their website.

Great selection, nice big displays, and fantastic prices. The staff (especially Nina) was very helpful. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Also, we chose TS (Terrance Sherman) Renovation Group for the install and couldnt have picked a better company. He and his partner, Austin, were so professional, so nice, and even cleaned up well afterwards. Definitely will be hiring him again in the future for other projects.

Jillian returned all of my left over tiles no questions asked. She is the store manager. Jen is one of the sales people which was also very helpful. There is another salesperson I worked with there that was Helpful at times and not so helpful at other times. Sometimes its about the people and not so much about the company as a whole. Ask for Jen or Jillian and everything will probably go well for you.

After buying $6K in tile from them in Greenville and Atlanta they tell me to pound sand on returning a couple of cases and some bullnose! #loveHomeDepot, #drivetoFloor&Decor,#TileShop, sucks!!! This is one of many jobs I gave them and they repeated provided poor customer service!!! I will NEVER give another $ of business!!
