Great variety of products must have great buyers. Staff is unconcerned with customer service. You can bet that if by chance there are other customers in the store there will be issues with someone at the checkout. Ive never been there when there wasnt. Frequently its been me. Cant find price. Unsure of sales date...Credit card doesnt work in there machine. Received a $75 gift card from my daughter for Christmas. Their system didnt recognize it. No interest by staff in the problem. Bought the merchandise somewhere else. Daughter has so far been unable to get her money back. Its been a year. Obviously this is a case of extremely incompetent Senior Management. I am totally in agreement with Bubba316.

I predict that if this business keeps doing what they do, as poorly as they do, that its days are numbered...Poor customer service at Hillsborough location today. Store not busy, at least 6 clerk standing around shoot the bull with each other, I walked around looking for a particular tool and left empty handed but pockets still full of cash. Went to NAPA where the service is always pretty good. I dont know what they pay their employees to do during store hours, but Im pretty sure it is supposed to be to talk to the customers, not each other! Theyll be another bankrupt business that will blame their failures on the economy, instead of looking at the fact that their just lazy complacent idiots!

Pissed. I called ahead and gave the folks the specific part number I needed. I was told "yes, we have two of them. Well pull them and hold them for you." I gave them my name and phone number and drove 45 minutes to pick up my items. However, when I got here they not only did they not pull them, they could not find the two they had. 50 miles and 2 hours wasted. I would have been better off buying in Amazon and having it delivered next day. Will never come here again and recommend you dont either.

They locked the doors early and ignored me as I knocked on door and then argued with about the time and called me a liar after spending 600 dollars on my maintenance dept at our hospital and were so rude so all my purchase is being returned the next day,so beware terrible customer service! !

Cant tell you anything about a part unless you have a part number. And the guy I talked to had no knowledge about a welder. Didnt even know what the gun was. Just a waste of time.

Overpriced tools that break quickly, didnt even have replacement blades for a hacksaw. Harbor freight is cheaper and better quality, heck maybe even home depot.
