The showroom is beautiful and the sales folks are friendly and helpful BUT I, unfortunately, received less than quality tiles with chips and several broken tiles. The delivery time ranged from of 8 am - to 5 pm, an all day waiting time, no options. Then after a reorder of new tiles, I received the wrong order while my contractor continued waiting to start the work. I was very disappointed to say the least. Although I returned the items with no problem, I was still charged the $100 delivery fee.

Very nice tile and everything but they are double the price of other tile stores with the same quality product. I purchased mosaic tile for my bathroom at another place for $14sqft and it was in stock and this place had the exact tile for $25 but you had to wait and order it. Since they dont carry hardly anything in stock.
