Need home floor installation, the measurement "tech" that was sent out spent two hours measuring 2 rooms and scared my wife with stories of being arrested and having demonic encounters. The company owned by home depot sent the report to home depot that they needed to go back to the house for a follow up and home depot sat on it and never got back with their company. Poor internal infrastructure with the external flooring company. The internal customer service was helpful though, I just wouldnt recommend this home depot for flooring installs.

Horrible, i fell in the store, messed up my knee. They never even bothered to pick up the phone to call me and see what the hospital said. I was told corporate office would call, i fell 11/14/2016 today is 11/28/2016 and not one call from anyone. I am disgusted. Spent 360.00 there that day to! Never again will i shop Home depot

I have been looking for hardwood floor covering and I met Mike Higgins at the Home Depot. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the process and what to buy for my needs. I have been to many other places for this investment but did not leave those other stores feeling as confident as I did after talking with Mike.

Enjoy going in , fokes are down to earth .Totally different from store in city we moved from . It may take a few extra minutes to locate something special .But taking your time you tend to find another item you forgot about that you needed .

I went in to get a new door and nobody seemed to want to help me out. I ended up going across the street to Lowes where a gentleman helped me. He made me feel important and explained my options to me.

Rudest customer service ever had. The cashier was snotty and rude and very unhelpful. Wrong advertisement and the woman blamed us. Accused of being racist. Wont be coming back again.

Home depot carries ryobi tools, but after driving 20 miles the store did not carry the cordless router trimmer I needed. Maybe thats why people are shopping on line more and more.
