Wonderful staff!! I went to all of the bike shops in town multiple times looking at bikes and got the best attention at Summit cycles. They really know the bikes and take care of their customers. I liked the people and customer support at Outspokin, but just preferred the feel of a Felt bike from Summit. Cycle center seemed either bothered to help me or clueless about the bikes they sold.

What amazes me is that most bike shops in columbia arnt open on sunday. I was looking for a used bike and they were pretty much the only place open. In less that 10 minutes I walked away with a 2004 lightspeed vela for $400. Great deal. the owner was friendly and went out of his way to help me out.

The staff were professional and courteous, as well as knowledgeable on the bicycle that I was looking for, and they were able to order it in my size, plus they assembled it in the time it took me to drive there. Excellent Service! They also have a large variety of accessories.

just took my mountain bike in for a tune-up - what I experienced was very friendly service and reasonable rates ($50 for a tune-up), and the service was done in 2 days. Very satisfied with the service, I will not hesitate to bring my bikes in there again.
