Fantastic decision to come here. No other place in town had openings - Wakefield Auto Repair got me in immediately, and after 15 minutes and $28 Gabe changed my oil, put air in my tires and had my car ready to go. Very professional and did not try and sell me tons of unnecessary items or work like the big chains ALWAYS do. As soon as I pulled up I was asked if I needed help and was not left on my own waiting to be helped. Will definitely be back here.

Worked with Gabe for an oil change, new brake pads/rotors, and inspection. He got everything done for me on time, set a fair price, and more importantly than anything else - walked me through and explained the intent of the work in an honest way. Stay away. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic George calls me back with the ancient "your rear brakes need replacement" scam. They passed inspection 3,000 miles ago. The tire rotation was $20.

Gabe is a good guy, he took care of my Honda Civic - which needed repairs everywhere, engine mounts, brakes, oil, rotors. Given that Im hundreds of miles away from home, a good mechanic is important to have.
