Love these guys! I have been coming here for years now, since I learned to drive, and have yet to have a complaint. Everyone knows what they are talking about and are more than willing to help you solve whatever dilemma you might be having. They are aware that they cant always compete with the internet or larger chains, but their prices have never stopped me from purchasing what I need from them because I cant talk to the internet face-to-face and chains dont necessarily offer you the best prices or service. A top notch crew which is why its my first stop.

I love this place, all of the people who work here are very nice and knowledgeable. I dont know anything about cars and the lovely people who work here always help me out. I go here all the time to buy parts for my aging cars. I usually call ahead to make sure that they have the part, which they usually do. I dont know how their prices compare to bigger places because I have never been to a chain auto supply store before, Acton Auto Supply has been perfect so far.

Used them for years. Never a problem. They also have a store in Bedford. Not worth traveling to the big chains for most purchases. Gas and time will be more than the price difference. Solid inventory of most common parts when Bedford is included. Wish they still turned rotors but I understand the economics from their point of view.

These guys are at the top of their game. I moved away from this area and regret not being nearby, but they have always been helpful. Eric has helped me debug several issues on my older car, and we stay in touch remotely. They also have a wider selection of atypical parts than the chain parts houses. Go check them out.

Not only was I able to get a new battery here for a lot less than what the automotive chain stores were asking, they were a lot closer and friendlier. They also ordered a part for me at a price comparable to eBay. Its great to have a local retailer like this, so its worth going there first.

Great service! I was in the area and needed a new car battery. Gave them a call and when i showed up they had it ready to go and gave me tools so i could change it out right there on the spot.

Friendly and helpful. The selection is smaller than at a larger franchise store, and a bit more expensive, but they make up for it in service.
